- CCCrystal ChavezDec 30, 20251.0Loved our stay here. Breakfast was decent. Glad to have the microwave. Rooms were mostly clean. Stayed here several times through out the past years. Love the location. This last trip our cards stopped working so we couldn't get into the room. Had to go down and theybsaid someone must have put we were only staying one night instead of the 3 nights we were staying. That night I saw a pending charge but it was a few cents short of the deposit amount. When we checked out they said everything was good and I asked about the chsrge they saod it was the deposit and id receive it back. I asked for a receipt and they said they couldn't give me one because I booked 3rd party this time. The charge went through and yet to recieve a deposit refund its been over a month!

Issue: 12/2025 pool is under construction and I wish I had known before booking. My grandkids come to stay with me and they love using the indoor pool but sadly not this time. I didn't ask but also, no one notified me when booking 🤷♀️ Overall, a good stay. They're are some upgrades being done, hence the construction, I hope new mattresses are part of those upgrades. Hotels usually don't have spring mattresses anymore unless they are old, and these are old. Time to get new mattresses and I'll have no issue staying here again when I come to visit.

- TLTidra LolkusNov 20, 20255.0I stayed with my family from 11/19 to 11/20, and man the morning was a doozy. The front desk clerk Roger was put through the ringer, he already had to deal with a brand new system that was of course having issues but he had a guest come up to him at 6am yelling, the guest got very ugly and even racist however Roger handled it with such grace! He was able to de-escalate the situation; and had the guest apologizing and laughing at the end of it. As a behavioral analyst I was in complete aw of his de-escalation skills and customer service skills. Roger was polite, competent, and extremely good at making an uncomfortable situation bearable. Roger I hope you see this and know you did amazing job and honestly, would do wonders in a behavioral therapy career with your de escalation skills!
