Everything was nice! The employees were friendly, the room was clean, and the location is great. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable and the room is what I would expect from a Holiday Inn Express (Diamond elite, so I know these rooms!). Breakfast every morning was hot and fresh with a nice variety. As a side note, I’m really glad that this property had signs and artwork from the nearby Indian Pueblo Cultural Center displayed in the lobby. It’s nice to know that IHG allows properties to express themselves and their local culture! For those who need stronger coffee than what the dispensers offer, there is a Starbucks within walking distance right next door! 10/10, will stay again!

This morning my wife and I saw the grossest thing I've ever seen in a hotel. After opening late for breakfast my wife, daughter and I were sitting at the table eating when my wife who was facing in towards the breakfast line watched the girl who was running the breakfast barehanded pick up eggs that had fallen onto the counter and throw them back into the scrambled eggs. She then proceeded to stir up the eggs. When my wife pointed this out I almost threw up right there. One of the reasons why I stick to IHG hotels when traveling is the breakfast I like the biscuits and gravy. Proximity to the aquarium and zoo is nice but I wouldn't stay here again.

I do not understand how this hotel receives such high reviews. First, it is not clean. Second, the location is terrible—extremely loud and in an area that feels unsafe. Throughout the night, cars and motorcycles speed by, making it difficult to rest. The surrounding area feels dangerous and unwelcoming. This hotel is the complete opposite of what I was looking for in terms of cleanliness and safety.

It's a decent holiday inn as long as you weren't hoping to have any of the included breakfast. Nobody started refilling anything until an hour and a half into the breakfast time. Only 1 coffee machine was functional because the other one needed the grounds cleaned out. Couldn't find anyone to help with that. Otherwise the room was clean and the bed was comfortable and there are other places to eat in walking distance.
