The room was very nice and very clean. I felt very comfortable at this hotel. So comfortable that we decided to do a late check out. There’s so many options of places to eat within 10-20 mins away. Starbucks is right across the street, literally 10 steps away. Gas station across the street, I was able to fill up right before hitting the road again. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place.

Hotel is okay - the building has seen better days. Our bathroom in particular had cracked tiles that were removing from the floor, probably due to water damage. Also the window couldn't shut? Staff was very nice, and the bed was very comfortable, which is important. Being close to the interstate means you are going to head traffic at all hours of the night. But this place is okay.

The day we arrived the toilet was not working correctly when we informed the front desk they informed us that the maintenance had gone home for the evening and we would have to use the lobby restroom. Ultimately they did fix our toilet while we were out for dinner except for the fact that when we got back we still thought it was broken because they did not refill the tank so that was still not flushing correctly, once we realized that we had to fill the water tank ourselves.

10/7-10/10/25 I am an IHG member. I Booked this hotel in March to ensure having a nice room for the Albuquerque Balloon Fiesta. Stayed in room 330. The hotel had to reboot there system for the door key to work. The door had no piece tin the peep hole so you looked straight into the room. The door was scarred from prying around the locl. The swing safety lock was gone. The windows were so filmed you could not see out of them. Brought these things to the attention of the front desk 10/9 and was told there was no room to move us to because they were fully booked (thats why I booked six months ahead!) I requested compensation for this terribly substandard accommodation. The manager gave me 10000 points. BTW-the housekeepers key didnt work either so wed catch her in the hall to get clean towels, and coffee.
