I rolled down my window to a very angry man telling me that I needed to leave and I wasn’t welcome here and he just kept yelling at me. was very confused and said I’m just here trying to get a room for the rest of the night. He angrily told me they were full and I had to leave and just continued to yell at me until I drove off. I have no issue finding a different hotel but there was no reason for the security guard to be so hostile. I’ve always stayed at holiday inns and definitely will not be anymore.

We got in late from traveling all day and we were met with the friendliest front desk overnight staff - Arian and Gabi. It was so nice to be welcomed by friendly staff and people who genuinely love their jobs. It makes us want to come back to a holiday inn over and over. They truely went above and beyond and need a raise ! ;) Location was great, right off the highway!
