I was very disappointed staying at this hotel. I was a solo female traveling with my dog and they GAVE SOMEONE ELSE A KEY TO MY ROOM. While I was sleeping I heard someone try to come into my room. I opened the door and the person trying to come in said she had been given keys to the same room I was in. I called the front desk and the lady at the front desk didnt apologize and tried to play it off saying "someone moved you to another room" to which I told her I hadn't been back to the front desk since checking in and wasnt moved. She didn't seem concerned at all and told me to send the other person back to the front desk. I understand human error but Albuquerque can be dangerous and being woken up by someone trying to open my door aggressively is not the best feeling. In the morning when I went to let my dog outside I couldn't get back into the hotel or room because they had failed to tell me my keys had been wiped. When I left the hotel, I tried to call and speak to the manager who was "busy". I never received a call back and no one seems sorry or sympathetic. I was also still charged full price for everything which was $146 for one night. As a single female who travels solo a lot, safety is my top concern and this has deterred me from ever staying at this hotel. Especially because the manager does not seem concerned that someone is giving keys out to occupied rooms. It could have been a very different situation had I not had the door locked from the inside. Very disappointed with the way this was handled all around. This hotel needs to do better.

Great! This place was great. The towels were fluffy, and the room was great. I was about to eat my chocolate mint when someone knocked on the door and stole my lucky signed glow-in-the-dark snorkel! But the rest of the place was great, especially the location!

Great location near airport and Interstates 25 & 40. Welcoming staff, including Alyssa, who reached out to us periodically during trip to see how things were. Hotel is spotless. Complimentary breakfast is ample including coffee, juice, cheese omelets, yogurt, sausage and pastries. Bathtub/shower combo has containers of Dove shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Room has thermostat, flat-screen television, fridge, microwave, iron, ironing board, and digital alarm clock. We are happy with our choice and would definitely stay here agan.

Friendly Staff, clean room. I travel with a small dog and there was a $30 charge which is not bad I've had way higher Shower was hot and I've had plenty of times with Luke warm water or no hot water at all. Which is surprising.
