  Very good service. The lady at the front desk was very nice and welcoming. The price is very reasonable, and the room was clean and comfortable. The environment was quiet, which made the stay relaxing. The hotel is currently being renovated, but the room I stayed in was already great. It had useful amenities like a hair dryer, a fridge, and a very large TV.

  Great staff, nice clean rooms that have been updated nicely since I stayed at this location previously. My previous stay was before the name of this place was changed. The king room I had was nice, however, it was just too small for the price I paid. The sliding door to the shower/toilet area was not a good choice for this type of situation, it made the sleeping area feel like the bed and bathroom facilities were all in the same room in my opinion.

  After a long drive getting here, it was great to get checked in at the front desk by Maria. Maria is the Gold Standard of Customer Service and made us feel like we were the only guests staying in her hotel!! Our little Daisy Mae was excited too after Maria giving her a doggie treat! The hotel is only about 3 months old after being renovated and opening as the Garner. We travel the I-40 every other month and it is well worth the extra few minutes to get here. The rooms are compact but beautifully done with a great king bed and awesome mattress as well as one of the largest new led tv’s usually only found in luxury hotels. Breakfast has everything you need to start your day and the homemade cookies at the front desk are great. Thank you Maria and thank you IHG!!!

  Newly renovated hotel rooms are nice and clean. Very comfortable beds. I stayed 1 nite and was very satisfied with my stay to include great customer service by Ms. April at the front desk she was very professional and sweet. Coffee and Hot Breakfast was great! Thank you ☺️

  We were so happy with our stay here. The price was unbeatable, as was the service. Every employee we interacted with was kind and helpful and attentive! April was extremely helpful in making sure all of our needs were accommodated. April helped us with a smile!
