The rooms are clean and quiet. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Any event at the kiva center is so easy to get to through a tunnel connecting it to the hotel. The breakfast was fantastic. The service was quick and the food was exceptional.

The room was clean and nice, the reason for my 3 stars is the the beds are extremely uncomfortable. We had an issue with our first room as our bed (mattress) was sunken in in the head and middle area. They did give us a different room the second night but the bed was just as unlocked as the first (although not broken). Besides the beds being so uncomfortable I think the worst part was how "thin" the walls are. You can hear everything from the adjacent rooms and everything going on in the hallway. It wasn't in one room, it was in both we stayed in, it makes it extremely difficult to get some sleep. Uncomfortable bed and thin walls make for a long stay.

They claimed they had room service, but we tried three different nights and the app didnt work, so we called the front desk and they put us through the phone and they either hung up or kicked us back to the front desk, who were not happy to hear from us. The housekeeping forgot clean towels twice after they took out all thectowels we were using so we had none. Not once, but twice! Finally, I was allergic to something on the sheets and pillows. I coughed and wheezed every night until I noticed if I sat in the desk chair or used the bathroom, I stopped coughing. As soon as i was near the bedding, my lungs and sinusrs filled up and the coughing started again. Overall, an unpleasant stay I will not repeat.

The hotel is near the convention center, which was very convenient. The rooms are small and a little outdated, but they seemed clean enough. They offer a cookie at check-in. I was offered one later in the week, and they charged me for it, $7.50. Disappointing. My stay was just ok.

WORST Hilton I have ever stayed at. About half of the front desk staff are rude and unfriendly. But, more importantly, this was during Balloon Festival when occupancy is probably at highest. Rooms not ready by 5:00 PM; 1 out of 4 elevators always broken; internet not working in many areas; housekeeping unresponsive and had to go down to desk to get towels; housekeeping with their carts using guest elevators; buffet breakfast was the worst we have ever experienced at any facility serving it-no cereal, minimal bread, eggs cool and generalized few choices. BUT, hotel is far from anything, including any local restaurants. Warned that walking around, even during day, was unsafe. The bottle of water in room was $ 2.00 and the same bottle downstairs was $ 4.00???? If I were able to attend the balloon festival again in the future, would definitely stay somewhere else.
