  They might tell you that the laundry service is complementary, that is inaccurate. They will not help with the fees in any way if there is a misunderstanding.

  Let’s start with the expectation. I’ve been to other Doubletree locations. None that were this rundown. Stains on the walls, broken elevator, cracks in the bathroom, rug lifting up and so on. You get the idea. The cleanliness of the hotel or shall I say the lack of cleanliness was alarming. My room looked like it hadn’t been swept, counters never cleaned, shower had hair in it (on the shelf and on the wall) and the hand marks on the walls and door frame had me ordering Clorox wipes to be delivered from Walmart. ☠️ The walls are paper thin so I woke up multiple times through out the night. I finally gave up on the idea of sleep and started the shower. As I was about to jump in long and behold NO towels what so ever!! The towels I had to go retrieve downstairs had yellow stains all over them. The only thing I was impressed by was how well the heater worked.

  Room was fine, but most definitely need a good shower head. The pillows were so soft. The front person was so nice an kind. But the person on the bar the guy wasn't all kind. We set on the bar, he was given us a look. We order food and he u can set on a table in the restaurant, i was like what.? We wanted sit in the bat, bu i was like whatever. So we sat on in the restaurant. Food took like an hr to get it. I order a ch burger 🍔 and a chiladas. They arrived cold, and not good. (Not tasty) Oh not only that we got the drinks on a plastic cup i wa like what?; it double not a a motel.
