It took over twenty minutes to check in, which was not okay after a 16 hour drive. Most hotels, including Hilton, have rates go down as the night gets later because they want to sell the rooms. However, at this hotel, the walk in rate is higher and the rates go up by the minute. We checked the rate before we went in and when we found out the walk in rate was higher, we booked online inside the lobby and it was already five dollars more. Just in twenty minutes. The woman behind the desk was friendly, but she wasn't helpful really. We paid $171 to stay one night in a room that only had double beds, had to pay for parking, and they didn't even have free breakfast, nor did anyone speak of the supposed restaurant. All I saw was a bar. The rooms are small, and the bathroom door almost touches the toilet. There's no fridge, no microwave, nothing. We basically paid for a motel room inside a hotel, and we probably would have gotten more in a motel. We always stay at Hilton, and I'd been excited to try a DoubleTree hotel, but this is one of the worst Hiltons I've stayed at, and I have no intention of even trying another DoubleTree hotel again. Now when I say the rates should have been cheaper, I mean it was almost nine at night and no one was going to do anything but sleep and we stayed for less than twelve hours. $171 to sleep, plus parking.

One of the best experiences, we hosted our company Christmas party here Ethan Estes was our event manager and wow!!!! 10/10 experience. The entire team provided exceptional hospitality. From room accommodations, bar service , Chefs special Pasta dish paired with his homemade sauce, chefs kiss! The ballroom was everything we asked for and more! The care given to the extra details did not go unnoticed. If you are in search for a venue to host a company event this is your place!!! We hope to return. Thank you to the entire staff we truly appreciate your service.

This was an excellent location for the convention center. The staff was helpful with tourist sites to visit and restaurant recommendations. The rooms were nicely appointed and the view of the city and mountains was really great. The only snafu during my visit was one elevator was inoperable. They should get that repaired. With 1000 attendees at the conference, although they have 2 sets of elevators it was still slow.

My room was clean but the bed was pretty uncomfortable. Took me a few nights to realize I needed 5 pillows to finally feel like I was being supported. The pillows felt like they were filled with air. No charging ports in my room compared to my coworkers so it seems some rooms are outdated. The hotel is attached to the conference center through an underground tunnel which was very convenient but there's really not much within walking distance so be prepared to Uber especially in the evening. There are a lot of homeless people in the area. The hotel Starbucks was never open and especially at 6am like advertised. This was the biggest inconvenience of all. Didn't bother with the very small restaurant since it had a limited menu and didn't seem to be staffed.
