  After the experience and treatment my husband had in Phoenix at another IHG property I was hesitant to book another stay at one and i work for the company. So happy I did the girl last night made check in super quick and easy for him and was super friendly. Thank you for the help and service will definitely rebook if we're ever back this way

  We rented the Ranchers Club lounge for a retirement party this past Saturday night. The staff was amazingly helpful and very professional. They made sure the event was perfect! The set up was amazing and the food was top notch! I hired a musician, and even though he forgot his speaker, the staff scrambled and found him the perfect speaker that he could plug his equipment into and so we didn’t miss a beat! The room held about 50 people and it was comfortable and everyone was so impressed with everything. Everyone should consider this venue for their events! The GM is impressive and amazing and she will make sure all your needs are met! Thank you to the hotel and all of the staff members who made this the most memorable event ever!

  This hotel was a wonderful blend of luxury and comfort. I came here to get away from things and enjoy a mini-vacation not too far from home. I was able to relax very well here and this hotel offered the most peace I’ve felt in a long time. The design was very vintage and calm, almost comforting. This is perpetuated by their use of warm, yellowish lights that are easy on the eyes. The hotel room felt very hygienic and cozy. They offer free TV and coffee/tea via coffee maker. The bedding is nice, but bring a blanket if you’re coming in the winter time, since they are kind of cold. The view from my hotel room was beautiful and it was very peaceful to look upon the Albuquerque in which I love so much with such a view. The services provided by the staff here are nothing short of exceptional. I felt completely welcome and I was treated with hospitality that made me feel as such. I felt esteemed being here and I felt right at home at the same time. If I ever have the chance to, I’d definitely come back here again. The only downside is that this hotel is quite pricy, but in my opinion, you get what you pay for, and if I had the chance to go back and do it all over again, I would pick the Crowne Plaza without a second thought.

  For the money ($200 a night) its not worth it. There was a lot of the staff's family at the pool when we tried to go swimming so we couldn't swim or use the hottub. They also had a speaker blasting music. I reported the loud music to the front desk and Carm could have cared less. Carm was unfriendly and unhelpful. The room was outdated and dirty. It smelled like smoke and we found an old cigar in a glass cup on our balcony. The sound of traffic was so LOUD because our patio door was not sealed properly.

  It's.. Good. Rooms super clean yes, but some rooms don't have a microwave or a fridge.. Also no paper towels at all, just tissues which is, something. For 200$ a night I expected to be able to watch TV on a smart TV but to my surprise there was.. No Wi-Fi. One of the lights was broken, several outlets broken. Red bull was also 7$...for a small little can. Wouldn't stay here again, wish I spent my money somewhere else...
