Everything from the rooms to the customer service felt like a joke. The room was depressing, outdated, and just flat-out uncomfortable. The halls were loud all night, and the walls felt like they were made of paper. And the pool? Horrible. The water looked cloudy, the area was poorly maintained, and nothing about it felt clean or inviting. I took one look and knew I wasn’t getting in. But the worst part of the entire stay was the management. The manager was rude, unprofessional, and completely out of line dealing with guests — especially younger ones. His attitude was dismissive, aggressive, and honestly made the whole environment uncomfortable. Instead of helping guests, he acted like we were all inconveniencing him just by being there. The way he talked to people — especially kids and teens — was unbelievable. He came off as extremely disrespectful and clearly plays favorites with certain guests while acting cold or unfriendly toward others. It created a really hostile, unpleasant vibe. Overall, the Crowne Plaza was an absolute disaster. I would NEVER come back here, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, not even for one night.
