Gated and fenced parking. Breakfast was the best we've seen in a long time. Done at the attached restaurant it was good choices prepared to order. I had an omelet that was stuffed with ingredients and very good. Diane had eggs and French toast with bacon. Everything done right. Highly recommended two-thumbs up 👍 👌

I selected this hotel because I could easily walk to the BB store and museum, where the tour begins and ends; and because provides transportation to and from the airport. I’m very glad I selected this Best Western. I don’t think I’ve ever stayed in a cleaner hotel, or one with such friendly and helpful staff. My room was quiet and comfortable; the hotel restaurant served pretty good food; and the hotel bartender knew how to make my favorite drink. I would stay here again without hesitation!

From the second I walked in, the front desk staff was smiling and in a great mood, (why this is important) they were swamped with over 30+ high school kids (very nice kids) milling around in the lobby for some function., looked overwhelming to me. Lots of parking, nice vending machines, great free breakfast, clean rooms, free wi-fi, coffee in room, granite counter tops in bathroom, fridge, microwave, desk, lots of charging areas in room. Great value!!! I will do my best to stay there again. Only drawback might be that there is no convenient grocery walking distance, and that my friends is petty, but hey, you want the straight shot, you'll get it from me. Keep up the great work Best Western Plus Rio Grand.

I appreciated the hard wood floors in our room. Comfortable bed and really hot shower. The parking lot was fenced and secure. Guard on duty was reassuring. This is the best, Best Western Plus we have stayed in.

You charged me $30 Under the New Mexico Unfair Practices Act and the 2025 FTC Rule on Unfair or Deceptive Fees, businesses are prohibited from 'drip pricing' or hiding mandatory fees until the point of payment.I will be filling a complaint with in writing with local, state and federal authorities when I get home
