Right off I25. Room was great and the breakfast had a lot to pick from. Also all we had to do was walk across the parking lot for dinner at the Village Inn which was great as well. There was other restaurants in the area that were walking distance as well.

We had to come to Albuquerque due to a family emergency and every front desk person has been extremely helpful and kind. The breakfast is hot and delicious. The attendants keep it hot and fresh. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We didn't use the pool or fitness center this time but I can bet they are great too. Thank you to the staff for making this time easier.

This is a great place to stay if you are flying! The staff was so kind and awesome, they helped me get some young travelers to the airport in the middle of the night with the shuttle even though I wasn't flying. They picked me back up after I got the other travelers on the plane. The staff was a huge help to arrange all that! The shuttle driver, front desk, food service staff were all wonderful. I also enjoyed the hot tub in the cabana area, it was nice out there. All the petrified wood on display was really cool to look at. The hotel also had some really nice trees and plants. It felt safe at night and it was quiet even though its close to the airport I didnt hear planes.

I used to love this place stayed here several times but then one night I brought my van with a 5 x 8 trailer. Now as you know parking a trailer overnight is scary because of thieves and there are a lot of reports of break-ins off of the street near this hotel not to mention it’s Albuquerque so like we’ve always done when staying at this hotel, we parked the van with the trailer in the parking spaces across from the village Inn. This is where they always tell you to park now I was woken up at 1 AM being harassed by the front desk about how and where my van was Parked. I told them there was nowhere else to park it. This is where we’ve always parked and we would be leaving it there they threatened to charge me upwards of $400 for the parking claiming that I’m only allowed to have one spot and claiming that’s not their parking lot anyways even though they allow people to park there I never move the van. I was never charged the fee however I did not appreciate the drama at 1 AM over a couple of parking spots when there was tons of room in the lot. Management sort your stuff out.

We arrived late, so we weren’t able to enjoy the pool, hot tub, or exercise room, but the check-in attendant was very friendly and had a great personality, which was appreciated after a long day of travel. When we got to our original room, it was extremely hot. The heater had been set to 76 degrees, and even though it was cold outside, the room itself was uncomfortable. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was completely broken. This was especially concerning because my husband has asthma and heat aggravates it. I went to the front desk, and a staff member came to the room and genuinely tried everything she could to fix the issue. When it couldn’t be resolved, they upgraded us to a suite that was about double the size of the original room, which we truly appreciated. The upgraded room had two queen beds, a pull-out couch (which my son was very excited about), and a desk area that my husband was able to use for work. Extra pillows and a comforter were also provided as requested. While the AC in the upgraded room also didn’t work, the temperature at least stayed around 71 degrees, which made it more manageable. The staff member who helped us, I believe her name was Rosie, was incredibly sweet, attentive, and truly tried her hardest to make us comfortable. Her kindness stood out and made a stressful situation much easier. Breakfast was okay. Nothing special, but decent. There were no non-pork protein options, so I stuck with eggs and toast, but I did love that they offered green chilies. Despite the heat issues, the staff alone made this a positive stay. I would recommend better floor cleaning, but otherwise the room and hotel were clean, and the service made the difference.
