Diciamo che tutti i Motel di questa catena sono una garanzia; infatti la maggior parte delle volte e quando c'è disponibilità andiamo sempre in queste strutture. La stanza era molto grande e confortevole, c'era tutto quello che ti poteva servire e inoltre a colazione c'era tutto quello che io voglio per una buona colazione in stile Americano. Senza dimenticare del mio cappuccino alla vaniglia che adoro e che prendo anche più volte al giorno.

Complaint on your Manager Alexandra De Aguero. This person is very unprofessional and rude. Should not be in a leadership position. He run a dirty hotel with untrained staff and dirty hotel. Do not hold his staff accountable for their actions. This manager doesn't have customer service skill and use police to intimidate the guest. Instead of finding out the resolution immediately using police as his force. This hotel need immediately remodel. The shower curtain diry, the closet door broken the bathroom door doesn't close, the rug dirty. The bed sheets dirty with stains. The mattress old. . The front desk staff unfriendly and unwelcoming just like the leadership. The staff tell you want think and the manger say another thing

The overall rating was reduced to three stars due to an incident involving a broken bottle of serum in my room. I requested the use of the broom to clean it up. Unfortunately, one of the housekeepers had limited English proficiency. She contacted another housekeeper who spoke English. Despite her comprehension of my request, she feigned inability to understand and spoke English fluently. I find it unacceptable to be treated as if I lack knowledge or am delusional, especially considering my master’s degree. I am here for business purposes. Apart from this issue, the rest of my experience was exceptional and highly recommended. However, I would like to mention the second housekeeper’s behavior. She exuded confidence in her English proficiency and spoke it fluently, yet acted as if she lacked intellect, entertainment, or comprehension of my request. This incident was not solely attributed to the first housekeeper, but rather to the second one’s overconfidence and intentional lack of understanding.

As soon as I walked up to the reception desk I was greeted with a smile. Check-in went smoothly. My room was immaculate; two queen beds; one to spread out on and one for sleeping. Netflix popped up right away on the television so Iwas able to continue a series I'd been walching. The bedding and pillows were lovely. But most of all there were good toiletries in mounted pump bottles by the sink and in the shower. The free breakfast offerings were varied and plentiful with a very friendly attendant keeping things fresh and replenished. Thank you Best Western for a great pre-flight experience. Now if only my flight would stop being delaywd, 😆

Hotel itself seems nice enough. Beds are firm. If you like sleeping on the floor you will be very comfortable. Stay away from room 128. It's an adjoining room and walls are thin so when the neighbors come in at midnight acting like it's noon they will wake you up. It is also conveniently located right next to the breakfast room and they placed the head of the beds against that wall so right at 6am you will begin to hear breakfast trays clanging and all the cheerful early risers getting a jump-start to their day. At that point you can kiss all hope of getting more sleep goodbye and the whole purpose for stopping here instead of pushing on another 60-90 minutes (getting a really good night rest and starting fresh in the morning) is moot. I suppose I could have avoided this had I not requested a first floor room. Silly me. I had read there was no elevator and didn't want to schlep my stuff up the stairs. In retrospect that would have been a challenge but far better than the night in 128. This is not what I have come to expect from Best Western and I'm rethinking my choice to choose BW along the way this trip.
