  Nice rooms, fantastic staff, and a good location if traveling I-40, easy access off and on. Only complaint was the pet areas need a lot of work, just dirt and gravel with no green areas.

  Excellent location, friendly staff, adorable hotel with great aesthetic touches. Breakfast was made to order from a list of options in the attached restaurant and was delicious. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Hotel was quiet despite a pretty full parking lot. By far the best hotel we have experienced on our 6 state road trip and was also the best price. Definitely recommend, whether traveling with adults or kids!

  Stopped on our way to Phoenix. Check in was very smooth, room was very clean, bed was comfy, traveled with a small dog. There was a 30 dollar charge for the dog but they also gave us a goodie bag for the dog, couple of biscuits, dental sticks and chew bone. The pool and hot tub were very nice after a long drive. Ate at the restaurant and food was good. Breakfast coupon for a great breakfast. I will stay here again.

  I left my swimsuit and when I called to report it, I was was told there was no suit found. I clearly left it and it was clearly found and kept by staff. I suppose I should appreciate the staff waiting until I've left the premises before looting from me. It's insulting that the excuse is such a simple lie. We all know this happens and the hotel is allowed to continue with a sign that simply states not responsible for stolen property. I would honor that code if an outside source broke into my room and stole. Instead, it was twisted to say we will not accept responsibility for the actions of those we hire. And the "outdoor" pool is covered by a makeshift building of some sort. I wouldn't have had my swimsuit out in the first place had I been made aware of that to begin with. I'd like to say lesson learned but, as they will never correct this and I'm a human who occasionally forgets an item, nothing to be gained. Well, except for the thief who gained an adorable top and swim shorts.

  never stay here.. Horrible staff and receptionist. Very rude.. we booked online for THURSDAY-FRIDAY, and apparently you can’t “check in” past 11:30.. so my family and very small children after traveling 11 HOURS, was refused service and not allowed to check into our room.. treated very poorly and refused a refund for not knowing their policy .. IT STATED THIS nowhere on the website… i will never recommend anywhere stay here.
