  We are in the second night of a two night stay. There are good things about the hotel, and also not so good. Bottom line is that I would pay an extra $10 - 20 to stay somewhere else. The good: Beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of linens. The breakfast was standard, though they did have a pancake machine instead of the waffles everywhere else. The front office associate let us check in before 3 which was helpful. They were just restriping the parking lot and the hotel was right on the highway. The hotel was clean overall and the exercise room was neat with barbells, a treadmill, elliptical and bike. The bad: While the room was generally clean there was about a 1.5 inch nut right next to the dresser which tells me they didn't vacuum very thoroughly. There were no microwaves in any of the rooms and no stopper for the tub so someone could take a bath. When I asked for one, they gave me a washcloth to shove down the drain. The carpet was very worn and had stains. Service: Generally the front office associates and all hotel employees were very friendly and answered questions. But when I was warming up some food for dinner, I started looking thru the cabinets for a napkin. The lady at the front desk sharply told me to stop and proceeded to give me two tiny coffee packet napkins. You would think if they forced you to use the breakfast area for a microwave, they could provide a few plates or napkins. This wasn't the worst Best Western I have stayed at, but it was far from the best.

  Issued me a refund for the wrong amount then said that they can’t issue me a refund. Total SCAM. Will update if there is a resolution.

  Hotel is on a one way frontage road. The hotel could use better signage at night. It's hard to opivk out the driveway at night. Room was fine, but shower poor. The water dribbled out of the shower head. Breakfast was good with several choices. Breakfast room is small, and it was crowded when we were there.

  We booked online for a pet friendly room. When we arrived after driving all day we were refused our stay because they gave away our dog friendly room. We had to find another hotel at 7:30 pm which did not have enough beds for our 4 person group. Not a great experience.

  I love this hotel! It’s definitely one of the nicer hotels around Albuquerque! Clean rooms, great service, great location, I highly recommend this hotel! Not to mention the beds are very comfortable!
