The front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive, always greeting us and making us feel welcome. Breakfast was included every morning, and we truly enjoyed the quality coffee. The location is excellent, with a Walmart and many restaurants nearby, making it very convenient. The pool and hot tub were popular, and our son had a great time and made fun memories. When I realized after checkout that I had lost my ring, the hotel staff quickly found it and arranged to have it shipped back to us, which we greatly appreciated. Because of the friendly staff, great location, and overall comfort, I highly recommend this hotel.

So, not great, but its a decent place for one night. The breakfast was your typical hotel breakfast. Eggs/omelettes, toast etc. They could have more seating to accomodate the morning rush though.

I very much appreciated that they had a bathroom fan and a mini fridge WITH separate freezer. Noise level was so-so, but it was all kids running around and yelling. I suspect it's not normally like this outside of holidays/ peak season for the area. I wish they had smart TVs, but at least they get a decent variety of channels and have a sleep timer.

The night desk lady was nice, funny, prompt, and worked efficiently while being extremely busy with other customers. 2. The morning staff personal were kind and friendly. 3. The rooms were clean, spacious, beds comfortable, sheets are soft, 2 different pillows per person, water was warm/hot, AC worked amazing, single coffee keurig, plenty of plugs for all our electronics, small refrigerator w/ freezer, microwave, televisions, pullout couch ( didn't use,) desk w/chair, corner comfy chair, and good quality dove products. 4. Complimentary Breakfast was great. My kids loved the bacon and I like the muffin. 5. There are plenty of close places to get food, shop, and closet drive to white sands. 6. The pool was on the colder side in temperature. I don't feel that it was heated and that made me a bit sad b/c that is one of the main reasons I picked the hotel. There were plenty of towels and the hot tube is awesome. 7. There are snacks in the front by the desk. Overall this place 4.8 out of 5. The pool warmth would of made it a 5. I definitely would get another room here again. More hotels should be like this one
