  We stayed here late December when visiting White Sands The Good: Overall, the hotel was clean and reasonably well maintained. The room was a good size, and the furniture looked updated. I appreciated the full-size shampoo and bath products rather than small travel bottles. Check in was easy, and the front desk attendant was very friendly and wiping down counters when we arrived, which gave a good first impression. Parking was plentiful at the time we arrived. Shower pressure was medium to good and worked well. Dining Options: There is a bistro within walking distance that appeared very popular. I would recommend making reservations if they allow them. The Okay: The bed was too firm for my personal preference, though some may prefer that. The surrounding food options are mostly chain restaurants (IHOP, Taco Bell, Applebee’s, Chili’s), which is convenient but nothing special. The roller shade initially let in quite a bit of light, but we later realized there is a blackout shade built into the shade box something that wasn’t obvious at first. The not so good: There were quite a few dogs on the property, including some very large breeds. From what I could tell, pets did not appear to be limited to specific rooms or sections. Walls were thin, and noise carried easily. Very Small fitness Center Jacuzzi not operating Overall, a clean, practical stay with friendly staff and convenient dining nearby. Some noise and bedding preferences aside, it served its purpose well. I would return if it was for an overnight stay

  I booked a stay at Hampton Inn during a winter storm that affected much of North America. I tried to contact the hotel via Booking more than 24 hours before check-in to cancel for free, but received no response. Later, I tried to get a no-show invoice for my insurance claim, but again, the hotel never replied. While the hotel itself may be fine, the lack of communication and support caused significant inconvenience. I hope they improve their responsiveness for future guests.

  The staff is so rude and incompetent. Their rooms and lobbies are dirty and full of dead bugs and rodent droppings.if you care about your family I would recommend not staying here.
