I had booked a room for my wife who returned with two young children (1 and 4 years old) during the night, the baking was done by using my miles. My wife arrived at 2 am in the morning and was turned away by the staff as she did not had the right credit card, even when the room was already prepaid. Who turns a way a mother with two young children at 2am for a prepaid room!

The next morning, when I tried to make coffee, I realized the coffee machine had no water either. I went down to the front desk to ask for water, and although the staff was friendly, I was told that the hotel doesn’t provide water bottles in the rooms. Instead, I was handed two cups and asked to fill them from a water tank in the lobby to take back to my room.
