They loved the warm pool and the gym was fun! When we checked out, the friendly front desk staff member gave us a Christmas gift! This was our second time staying at the hotel and there will be a third time!
- BSBill SislerDec 18, 20252.0Beware of the cancellation policy. We had a reservation for Nov 6, 2025, for one night. Unfortunately our flight from Toronto was cancelled due to poor weather conditions in St. John’s. As soon as we found out our flight was cancelled, we contacted the hotel and were informed they had a 24 hour cancellation policy, however, this cancellation was beyond our control, they showed no mercy. We have trip interruption insurance, however it does not cover cancellation policies. We’ve stayed there before and stayed there the night of the Nov 13, 2025, on our return to Toronto. We were disappointed they wouldn’t accommodate us, under the circumstances.
