This hotel is clean and convenient for its location near the airport BUT for 2 nights stay during the week, with taxes over $550.. and that includes a 4% accommodation tax, what BS.. Now, you think you would get a breakfast with that, nope as you have to pay for it at the attached restaurant at an over priced menu. On top of this, they don't even offer a coffee in the lobby for free, no you need to fork out $ for one..I just drove next door to Tim's for half the price! The main issue is, I had late afternoon flight (4 pm) and ask for 2 pm checkout and was told if I checkout after 1pm, they will charge me another night.. OMG, what great customer service.. and don't think they will rush to clean my room after I leave and get my room available.. I was ready to spend $ at the restaurant on site but not now. I stay at many hotels, over 100 + each year for business and have never had an experience like this.. not a great experience here 😕 😞
