  We needed a place to stay while our home was unlivable from a small fire and our insurance worked on temporary housing, and this hotel ended up being a great choice. The property was impressively clean, and every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful. The rooms were nice and on the newer side and the TV was actually a good size, which is rare for a hotel. Breakfast was served daily and they switched up the options, which we appreciated. They also provide Dove shampoo, conditioner, soap, and lotion, which was a nice touch. Daily housekeeping was available with fresh new towels each day, and the hotel is pet-friendly with doggie bags provided outside. Our only minor feedback is that there’s just one washer and dryer on-site, and they’re on the smaller side. Otherwise, we had a very comfortable stay.

  Dear Team, I wanted to take a moment to express our heartfelt gratitude for the exceptional experience we had during our recent stay at your facility. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that our visit would exceed our expectations. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Jackie, whose hospitality set the tone for our celebration. I mentioned that my husband and I were celebrating our birthdays, and to our delight, Jackie surprised us with an upgrade to a suite. She even called our room shortly after to ensure we had settled in comfortably, especially since it was a new addition to the building. Jackie’s recommendations for local restaurants were spot on, and the food was absolutely delicious, adding a special touch to our celebration. Later that evening, she checked in with us again to make sure our stay was comfortable and to see if we needed any additional pillows. The next morning, I had the pleasure of meeting Luisa, who promptly responded to my request to warm the pool, since we are still recovering from the ice storm. The facility was impeccably clean, peaceful, and the breakfast was nothing short of amazing. Our stay concluded with a smooth checkout process, thanks to Caitlin. She even provided a brief tour of the conference room after I inquired about holding a business event there, which was very helpful. Thank you once again to the entire staff for your warm hospitality and for making our birthdays so memorable. Your exceptional service and attention to detail truly made our stay unforgettable.   WATCH OUT!!! I booked a weekend stay for a dance competition and didn’t realize the rate I selected was non-refundable. Four weeks before the competition, my child suffered a severe ankle sprain and was medically restricted from competing. I immediately called the hotel to cancel. The General Manager told me there would be no refund. Yes, they explained the non-refundable policy, and I acknowledge that I didn’t pay close enough attention to the cancellation terms at the time of booking. However, given the circumstances, I was hoping for some compassion or flexibility. My child had been training for months for this competition, and the injury was devastating enough. Being told that we are now out $550 on top of that was incredibly disappointing and, frankly, hard to understand. Policies are policies, but empathy matters too. Unfortunately, none was shown here. Following up on my original post- I did not show for this reservation as my child was injured and not able to compete. I was charged $550 - the early “discount” rate. Just want to give another shout out to the GM (who has sole discretion on refund policies) for showing ZERO compassion for my family. Congratulations. You got my money. You sold a room for the weekend. My child missed their competition. Sleep well!

  I stayed here for a week in September, and I was going to write a scathing review then because of the service. I mean my fiancee's mother paid for us to stay there and we're not germaphobes but we like having our room clean you know. We left the day after checking in to spend the day with his mother and thought that our room would have been cleaned as we were gone all day and we took the do not disturb sign down but when we got back the trash we bagged and placed by the door from our dinner the night before was still there. The towels we used were still in the bag we put them in by the door, and our bed wasn't made. I was going to flip but my fiancee said maybe they were just really busy, so he went down to the front desk and asked about it and he was told that they only clean every other day for people that stay for longer than 3 days. He was also told that they give us the use of their pool and "free breakfasts" in place of cleaning every day. Well we never used their pool and the breakfast is complimentary because of the franchise not to replace cleaning the rooms. So we thought that they would clean the next day as the front desk clerk had said they would but no such luck. I will never stay at this hotel ever again.
