- KKKatt4 days ago3.0The Polish(??) lady at the front desk is not welcoming and rude. The room was nice, although it was noisy. They also charged the wrong card. The location is good, but I wouldn't stay there again.
- ARAndy RobertsApr 3, 20265.0Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Mattress was a little hard for my liking but I slept just fine. Breakfast had a decent spread. Staff were friendly and helpful with local recommendations. Covered parking was nice. Train station is within walking distance which is a plus if you're going up to NYC. Would stay here again in the future.

- DTDante TotinoFeb 8, 20261.0I’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times over the past 10 years. Since the chang in ownerships (last 2 years or more) it’s horrible. The beds are a bit dirty and the mattresses are worn out with huge divots where people have slept, the pillow are thin and lumpy, the room is dirty in the corners and not unkept, he front desk staff is extremely rude (I inquired about a jackhammer inside the hotel that took place from 1-2am and kept my whole group awake and was rudely dismissed saying “I want working I don’t know” I asked following questions but was dismissed). Extremely disappointed by the direction this hotel has turned and will not ever be staying here again. PLEASE TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE, THEY ARE EXTREMELY RUDE AND DON’T CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SATISFACTION, without mentioning the cleanliness of the rooms. Pick another hotel and save yourself. (Side note. Shower supplies were not restocked and all the bottles broken, air conditions continuously throws errors and turns it self off.)
