  While the establishment presents some positive aspects, there are several areas that require improvement. The pet-friendly policy, while appreciated by some, may contribute to residual odors in certain accommodations, as reported by other guests. Although my room did not have a strong odor, I did observe pet hair and a stain on the sofa. Several colleagues experienced issues with pests, including bugs and ants, necessitating multiple room changes. I also encountered a growing ant presence in my room during my stay. The standard of housekeeping appears to be inconsistent, as the room cleanliness did not meet expectations. Furthermore, internet connectivity was unreliable, and the absence of an accessible ice machine was notable. Certain advertised amenities were also unavailable. While potential renovations might be underway, this remains unconfirmed. Despite the potential, I am disinclined to consider a return visit at this time.

  Place was wonderful was created by staff when entered the building ,rooms were clean and comfortable ,housekeeping was excellent place was clean .the only bad experience I encountered there was the lady that works in the restraunt was drinking while.she was working I talked to her and ask her her.name.and.she told me joreen it was a shame to she this lady under the influence of alcohol at 8 am in the morning ,this is a experience I didn't want to encounter ,highly recommend this hotel staff is friendly ,clean ...would of gave 5 stars but I don't like to be around people that are drunk

  Hotel tell was maintained excellent front desk was great,housekeeping was excellent rooms were clean , public areas were clean the only bad experience I encountered there was the lady in the breakfast area was under the influence of alcohol you could smell it on her ,she was so intoxicated she couldn't talk with out studdring ,it is a shame people have to deal with this kind of behavior from someone like this person management should make changes in this area of the hotel ..highly recommend this hotel except the breakfast area I can see there is some bacteria and lack of cleaning in that area because of the attendant alcohol abuse when she is working

  I witnessed one of the most shocking and unsanitary incidents at a hotel that I’ve ever seen. It happened at the Holiday Inn Express and Suites in Westampton, New Jersey, located at 18 Western Drive. While I was distracted on my phone, I saw the cleaning staff enter the room. To my horror, I watched the maid use the same rag to wipe down the toilet, then immediately use it to clean the sink—without changing it. I was stunned 😲 and stopped her, asking if I had really just seen her clean the toilet with that rag. She looked confused and said I don't understand. My sister came in to help clarify, and the maid then apologized, saying she would clean it again. The maids also clean your tub and floors with your dirty towels. When I spoke to the front desk, she said maybe the maid forgot and assured me she would speak to management. I then told her that this makes me think this goes on daily at this hotel. This was an upsetting experience. Everyone, please be careful! SMH.
