    Joreen is cheerful and very helpful, she opens breakfast a bit early to accommodate our tight schedule, she makes our day.

    This is my 2nd stay. Something is always not working. Last time the AC was broken and swimming pool closed. This time the TV doesnt work and breakfast is scanty. Breakfast suppose to be until 10am. No food at 920am and cook entertaining the guess kids so they can eat. And when asked she said no food after 930am. Im just done. Never coming here again.

    The room was clean. The staff was great but the manager wasn’t, she was rude as hell. So the night before I had to check out I extended my stay, the staff at the desk that night made the change but I guess she didn’t do it completely. That night the staff said my stay was extended and I enjoyed the rest of my night until the next morning around 10:30. The manager came up to the room banging on the door, once I open the door she just start to be rude I was confused about what was going on… so after she was disrespectful and really unprofessional, i figure that she was talk about my card being declined..she never called the room phone or my personal phone to let me know I would’ve came down and took care of it…. The encounter with the manager was very rude she need to be train again.. the problem was I booked on Expedia and the hotel staff didn’t know how to extend the stay the proper way… I did stay another night I wasn’t going to let a bad apple mess my trip up
