    I witnessed one of the most shocking and unsanitary incidents at a hotel that I’ve ever seen. It happened at the Holiday Inn Express and Suites in Westampton, New Jersey, located at 18 Western Drive. While I was distracted on my phone, I saw the cleaning staff enter the room. To my horror, I watched the maid use the same rag to wipe down the toilet, then immediately use it to clean the sink—without changing it. I was stunned 😲 and stopped her, asking if I had really just seen her clean the toilet with that rag. She looked confused and said I don't understand. My sister came in to help clarify, and the maid then apologized, saying she would clean it again. The maids also clean your tub and floors with your dirty towels. When I spoke to the front desk, she said maybe the maid forgot and assured me she would speak to management. I then told her that this makes me think this goes on daily at this hotel. This was an upsetting experience. Everyone, please be careful! SMH.

    I had a very disappointing experience during my stay. My room had a strong odor that smelled like a hamster cage, which made it very uncomfortable. Because of this and the ongoing issues I encountered, I ultimately decided to check out a day early. Additionally, a personal item was taken from my room by housekeeping, likely under the assumption that it belonged to the hotel. I spoke with the front desk on three separate days regarding this issue. Each time, they told me they would leave a note for management to contact me and asked again for my phone number — despite me already providing it multiple times. I was assured that management would call me the following morning after each conversation. It has now been six days since my item was taken, and I have not received any communication or resolution. Personal belongings should never be removed from a guest’s room without confirmation, and if a mistake is made, there should be timely communication and reimbursement. The lack of follow-up and accountability has been extremely frustrating.

    Stay there the past weekend the rooms are newly remolded ,front desk lady that was there on Saturday (Wendy ) was phenomenal ,housekeeping was alsome place was clean employees were friendly the only bad experience I had there was the breakfast attendant her name started with j was so drunk I thought she was going to hurt her self .. terrible service from her that's why I gave 4 stars people should not have to deal with her being under the influence of alcohol

    Joreen is cheerful and very helpful, she opens breakfast a bit early to accommodate our tight schedule, she makes our day.
