  Don’t be fooled by the 3.8. It’s a holiday inn express like any other a 5/5. Great breakfast great room and decent price

  When We checked in and got to Our room,it was not what We had booked. Went down and front desk said they gave Our room to someone else and We would have to settle for whay We were given. Talked with the manager and She made it right but would of not happened if I didn't push back.

  The water in our room doesn't get above room temperature. Guest services could only offer an apology.

  Several visits here. Mixed feelings about this place once again. While signs are everywhere saying this is a smoke free hotel, why is it all three visits, the hallways stink of cigarette smoke and weed? Why are people hanging out in the parking lot at night with beer bottles? Are they even guests? It's happened during each visit, however, we thought to give the place another chance. Also, why is it that not one single house keeping staff or breakfast staff can speak one single word of English? Simply asked if the breakfast trays will be refilled at 9:30, when breakfast is supposed to be open until 10? The answer, staff shrugs shoulders looking at each other. Asked another staff member, she shrugs her shoulders too. Oh well. It's still a convenient location and a decent clean hotel. Both employees behind the counter during our visit, a guy and a girl, seemed a little overwhelmed and confused dealing with the people checking in and out. Would also be nice if the management could turn up the heat a little for the pool with what they charge for the rooms as this hotel is not exactly cheap. That water was too cold for a fall visit. This is as honest a review out there. Mixed feelings about the place. 3 Stars is very generous considering the much needed improvements in regards to the staff members and possibly the management.

  We just checked in, the moment you walk into the room, you get hit with darkness and a bad smell. It smells musty like pee and wet dog, there are only two tiny nightlights, for reading in the VERY small bed. There was pee on the toilet seat, and it definitely was not from us because we just got there. Disgusting. Went to the front desk to complain, the clerk couldn't care less, no empathy, no apologies nothing. These two nights we are going to spend here will cost us almost 400 dollars. I asked if we could be moved but was told that they were fully booked and couldn't move us to a different room. Which is odd since they have a special for this weekend on a room for half the price we paid when we booked two weeks ago. The service level here is abysmal, we would leave if we didn't have a wedding to attend, but one thing we know for sure - we won't be returning. I strongly recommend choosing a different place to stay.
