  No water in shower / can’t post my video of the handle spinning and spinning. And only hot in the sink. And management didn’t do a thing. I’m diamond, this is what your best customers should expect?

  Relatively decent hotel. All frozen reheated breakfast. But at least there is hot food a lot of hotels in the area do not give. Tv worked well but braught a fire stick. Internet can be better but it is sufficiant. May need a better cleaning in the shower floor. Front desk sometimes a bit of an issue with some workers. But not all. Will stay again

  Loud. Highway. Rooms are a little run down as well. For and finish stuff. Overall the staff was the amazing part. Otherwise just so so. Hot water. Takes a lot to motivate.

  $150 a night and no hot water in January. $6 waters in the lobby. Absurd.

  The room and the hotel were excellent; however, the experience with the staff was disappointing. The staff in the lobby were very rude, and the woman at the front desk communicated in a disrespectful manner and seemed unhappy with her job. Additionally, despite the ‘Do Not Disturb’ sign being displayed, the service staff continued to knock and disturb us. I believe management needs to work on improving the staff, as their behavior left an unpleasant impression and negatively affected our overall stay.
