The staff in the lobby were very rude, and the woman at the front desk communicated in a disrespectful manner and seemed unhappy with her job. Additionally, despite the ‘Do Not Disturb’ sign being displayed, the service staff continued to knock and disturb us. I believe management needs to work on improving the staff, as their behavior left an unpleasant impression and negatively affected our overall stay. A photo of the woman who spoke rudely to visitors is attached below.
- SCSports Card collecterDec 13, 20254.0rooms are okay just the pull out bed from the couch is terrible very squeaky and otherwise everything is pretty good for the rooms the service is good pool is good not the best in size or shape very basic the breakfast is really good pancake machine cinnamon rolls yogurt free drinks they have a lot but it’s kinda hidden the location is good taco bell and home depot plaza is less than a minute away very good overall. Great value
