  Holiday Inn Express & Suites is located at 298 Smith Street in Vineland, New Jersey 08360. The Hotel is also right next door.to 810 Bowling Alley, The Cumberland Mall, Starbucks, Chicken Filet, Taco Bell,Homeless Depot, A d The Regal Cinemas. If you want to travel you can go to Philadelphia or Atlantic City which are bothe in different directions, but only about 35-40 minutes away. The Holiday Inn has a pool inside, it's quiet, and the rooms are very affordable because the Hotel is located in a great location which is also right off of Route 55.

  Dear Management, I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding a front desk employee named Morgan/Megan who was working during my recent stay. I am currently pregnant and was at the hotel with my four-year-old daughter, and the way I was treated by this staff member caused me extreme emotional distress. Instead of assisting me calmly, her tone and behavior escalated the situation to the point where I experienced a panic attack. Being threatened with the police while already overwhelmed made the experience feel frightening, humiliating, and deeply upsetting. No guest especially a pregnant woman with a child should be made to feel unsafe, dismissed, or emotionally pushed to that level. What should have been a simple interaction turned into one of the most stressful and hurtful customer service experiences I have ever had. I would also like to be informed of what actions will be taken to ensure no other guest is treated this way. I expect to hear back from management regarding this matter.

  I have stayed here three times. It seems they have undergone a renovation since my first visit 5 years ago. My last two stays are in the past 3 months and the rooms and bathrooms are updated and clean. The location is great as it is near the highway, shopping and restaurants. I will definitely stay here again.

  Love this hotel it smelled amazing nice lounge areas free coffee and the staff was so nice..my room was very clean smelled good this is my go to when me and the mister wanna run away from home and it includes breakfast!! Enjoy my stay ❤️and they have Dove soap which i can't use but that was a nice add on

  For $120 per night, it was great. Smelled amazing as soon as you entered into the lobby. Morgan, who was at reception, was so pleasant and helpful. There was another blonde lady, who was also helpful and so thoughtful. Hallways and room were clean. Room was spacious, bed comfortable. I really liked the size of the mini fridge in the room, it held A LOT. I think it was slightly bigger than normal. It was more than adequate. If you dont have a car, there are so many places within walking distance and if you do have a car, the world's your oyster, lol, the location is really good. Atlantic City, Cherry Hill, Wildwoods, Philadelphia, Deptford, May's Landing... all just 45 minutes to an hour away. Its the perfect blend of budget and comfort. We were pleased. Its my third time staying at that particular Holiday Inn and its been consistently great every time.
