Shame I'm writing this because I've been here multiple times and it's usually pretty good my issues are, #1 I booked this through a 3rd party as most of these places have you do these days the website said nothing about the pool being closed besides back in 2023 "I have the screenshots to prove this" the front dest manager so she said she was with the blonde hair with blue in it tried to assert that they are not responsible for the pool not being posted as closed because they have it posted at the hotel mind you how am I supposed to know that when im driving from an hour away ? #2 my room was listed on the 3rd party site as having a separate private room "we have 3 children and of course wanted some privacy from them as it was nee years eve going into the new year.. #3 again having 3 young children 6, 4 ,3 years of age with the oldest being severely autistic this was not just a strain on myself but also on him and his younger siblings to have to pack up after getting unloaded and dressed for the pool to find out it wasn't open and then having to find another local hotel that had a pool that was open luckily the Fairfield hotel by Marriott was right up the street with the pool open till 11pm and the people there were extremely nice and sympathetic to our situation the biggest issue is that we were only at the hollidy inn express for about 2 hours maybe less and there were other issues like pee in the toilet which I overlooked as just a possible cleaning error but between the room being posted wrong the pool not being posted as closed and a dirty toilet and the overall inconvenient I beleived I should have gotten a full refund I find it absolutely ridiculous that they tried to offer 50% back for their own errors I also want to say that when I called and spoke to the front end manager today she was extremely rude to me and I said i would just dispute the charge with my credit card company if that's the way they wanna do it and she said cool perfect have a great day I've been to this hotel rough 8-10 times and because of these issues I won't be coming back and I'll make sure other don't either 100% go to the Fairfield the Staff were absolutely amazing and very caring

We stayed here for a night when we had to leave our house due to an electrical issue. Initially booked two nights and they cancelled the second night with no issue when we didn’t need it. Room was updated and spacious (two queen suite). Loved how much counter space and seating there was. Breakfast in the morning was plentiful and good. Staff was friendly. My only wish is that the hotel would somehow connect to the mall parking lot so you could enter and exit at a traffic light.

This was a disaster. As the mother of the groom I wanted to book my suite the night before I needed to be there so there would be no issues. The manager Leigh said that would not be necessary that she would have our suite ready at 11am on Saturday assuring me that our wedding attire would not sit wrinkled our car for 10 hours. We had to be at the rehearsal dinner venue to set up at 12 noon on Saturday.. Our room was in fact not ready and would not be ready until 3pm the exact time of rehearsal. Which then caused us 6 additional hours of driving to get ready for Rehearsal dinner. We missed our only sons wedding rehearsal do to the incompetent manager. Would not recommend to a goldfish. We did not get to stay with our out of state/country guests and would have rebooked at a reputable hotel had rooms been available. There breakfast buffet was not as scheduled and the rooms were moldy.
