Initially booked two nights and they cancelled the second night with no issue when we didn’t need it. Room was updated and spacious (two queen suite). Loved how much counter space and seating there was. Breakfast in the morning was plentiful and good. Staff was friendly. My only wish is that the hotel would somehow connect to the mall parking lot so you could enter and exit at a traffic light.
- WJWendy JensenOct 29, 20251.0This was a disaster. As the mother of the groom I wanted to book my suite the night before I needed to be there so there would be no issues. The manager Leigh said that would not be necessary that she would have our suite ready at 11am on Saturday assuring me that our wedding attire would not sit wrinkled our car for 10 hours. We had to be at the rehearsal dinner venue to set up at 12 noon on Saturday.. Our room was in fact not ready and would not be ready until 3pm the exact time of rehearsal. Which then caused us 6 additional hours of driving to get ready for Rehearsal dinner. We missed our only sons wedding rehearsal do to the incompetent manager. Would not recommend to a goldfish. We did not get to stay with our out of state/country guests and would have rebooked at a reputable hotel had rooms been available. There breakfast buffet was not as scheduled and the rooms were moldy.
