One of the saddest Holiday Inns I’ve ever stayed at. The front desk manager could stand for some training. She attempted to make a very….awkward joke with me and then proceeded to walk away when there was a line of people, and just left the one person at the front desk to handle the guests. I’m sorry but how hard would it have been for her to just help some guests when you see the one person working there is having an issue. Then the phones start ringing and she didn’t do anything, I don’t even know where she went but totally unprofessional. Next the hallways are dark and gloomy. And the rooms…..well one they’re outdated but besides that there was hair on my pillow case and a weird stain underneath the sheets. Over all besides the look of the hotel being depressing the overall vibe of it is just gloomy and uninviting.
