We had car trouble and let the front desk staff know at check-in. She sent hotel maintenance staff to check it out and help us. It was such a kind gesture, as we had a long travel day. If the hotel staff didn't help us, our car would have shut down and we wouldn't make it home. Our room was clean, comfy, and staff top notch!

Luggage stand collapsed when I put my bag on it. Other random signs of age and lack of maintenance. Good enough for a work trip, but I wouldn't want to bring the family.
