She accommodated our need for an early check in, and offered umbrellas for my family. SUCH a sweetheart. It is obvious she truly cares about the quality of stay her guests experience, and that means so much. I didnt catch the name of the breakfast attendant but she was also really sweet and patient, helping my kids make waffles and putting on the whipped cream. The best! Thank you!

However, my issue was the Eco mode for the in room air conditioning. My room went into Eco mode every night and I woke up in a very hot and stuffy room. When I asked the team about it, they said they would try to turn it off, but the problem was not solved before I left.
