- SCSarah ChansriharajNov 11, 20254.0This hotel was a nice and clean hotel but they don’t provide water bottles you have buy some downstairs in snack bar area and very spacious fridge includes stove top and dish washer with kitchen pots/ pans and utensils. They also have a cabinet downstairs with board games and kitchen necessities you can borrow 100 % recommend. They provide name branded soap in bathroom and dish soap for dishes ! Location isn’t the best barely anything around you gotta drive 5-10 minutes to reach stores or food places ! They hold a 250$ security to let you know they do give it back at end of stay !

Staff offered to help us but we replaced the battery through triple A. Phenomenal staff, clean and quiet. Perfectly located to use public transportation to get to NYC in minutes. I can't suggest this hotel to spouses of IHG Rewards members traveling alone ! It doesn't matter if your name is on the reservation! $255.90 for the room that they wouldn't let me stay in! I have a room booked through IHG. My name is on the reservation and I have the credit card in my name that the room is booked under. Per IHG policy, i should be able to stay, but the front desk attendant says my husband must sign because it's reserved under his IHG #. Management has called the hotel 3 times and the guy will not let me stay. I can't suggest this hotel. I hope IHG drops this hotel. Platnium rewards members since 1985 should NOT be treated this way!

- MDMark DennisJul 23, 20254.0The hotel is clean and seems well maintained. Our double bed room was smaller than similar rooms at Marriott, etc., but not bad. We had 4 people staying and the room had 4 towels, but they did not dry during the day and I was a little irked when I was told they do not give out extra towels so I had to go back to my room and bring them the wet towels to exchange. Last issue for me was a big one. I work while I travel and need Wi-Fi. The Wi-Fi does not work at all on the 3rd floor. I could barely connect to it and even when I did, the signal was so poor I could not display a simple web page in my browser so if you need to work while here, you will need to go somewhere else to do it.
