    O has a great stay at the Crowne plaza hotel in Saddle Brook. Everything was great. Great Service. Fast check in and clean hotel. Omar and Danny were helpful. Emily was very kind and check es me in fast. Great price. And quite stay.

    The room had a very weird smell, the front desk Maria and the manager were very unprofessional and had an attitude they made us wait for 40 min before check in just because they didn’t do their job correctly (while I paid everything online prior to check in day) very poor service!

    DO NOT BOOK AND STAY. We used Crowne Plaza for my sisters wedding block and let’s say the experience was TERRIBLE. Before the stay the way the staff handled everything was great and very attentive and now they way the staff here changed their tune has been a 180. The service at this hotel was not okay. The way they people at this hotel including the GM handled everything was not okay. I would tell you if you are looking for a wedding block this is NOT the location. The service was abhorrent and the things our family went through the night before the wedding and even after the wedding shouldn’t have happened. Mind you we had contracts and multiple conversations with the staff at this hotel and now the way they go back on their word is not professional or okay. If you want a good experience and don’t want your bride or guests to feel stressed DO NOT pick Crowne Plaza

    To be a successful hotel you need only a few things. Nice beds, quiet atmosphere, great customer service and clean rooms. Not hard right? Apparently for the Crown Plaza it is impossible. They choose to exploit your discomfort. They rent out their top floor (12th) restaurant out over the weekends to turn it into a club. We paid extra $ to stay on an upper floor (it only got us the 9th floor btw) which initially upset me. About 8 PM I start hearing music but it’s fine and relatively early. The music doesn’t stop but only gets louder to the point it wakes my children around 11 PM. I call the front desk and the clerk seems upset I am calling and says it is about to go off. We play this song and dance every hour until 15 till 2 AM! Then I lose my cool and he consents to going up to see what is going on. Nothing happens so I live chatted IHG direct. The rep apologized (first one of the night) and called the hotel. About 10 minutes later the music stops. I am almost asleep and someone kicks our door so hard the room echoes at 3 AM. My kids are bawling my wife is scared and I wait by our peep hole for 30 minutes praying this jerk comes back again. Apparently they told the party our room number was the reason the party had to end. This hotel is also near railroads. So when the party isn’t going you still have these trains that run all night long. The next day Emily from the front desk apologizes and offers 15% off one night and 5k points. (Both of which she did do unlike other reviews). The lines appeared tired and well worn as she literally did the least that she had to do. She claimed that they rent out the restaurant on weekends and to pretty much embrace the suck. She also consented that a few drunks were roaming around the hotel causing issues well after the party and believed we were part of the collateral damage. As for the rooms themselves, they are in need of a little TLC. Our room did come with a fridge and micro where other posts say that theirs did not. Please look at all of the reviews. It is obvious that several reviews on here are just to boost their score. Just like I know someone will respond to this review and really sound like they care when in truth nothing will happen and it will business as usual. If you find yourself in the same predicament as my family please do not hesitate to contact IHG direct. They are the only ones that will help and with any luck they will ultimately drop this blemish of a club/hotel from their lineup.

    This place is complete garbage, don't be fooled by the outside of the building. They are invasive to one's privacy as they enter rooms unauthorized because they feel like they can. The staff, including the manager is a complete disgrace. Worst property in New Jersey. Any other IHG property treats you with respect, including diamond members. This Crowne plaza in Saddle Brook treats everyone like dirt. Don't waste your time with this place. You'll thank me later!
