  Nothing short of AMAZING. Property is well maintained, people are nice, staff is always smiling and helpful. Housekeeping does an amazing job. Soft and nice pillows and mattresses, clean great showers. We had 2 rooms for 4 days and we extended it to 6. 12th floor view is amazing so is the food.

  Do yourself a favor and don’t stay here. Unless you like the view of an industrial wasteland and train horns waking you up throughout the night. The hotel is also very much needing a refresh. And NO REFRIGERATOR in the rooms!!! Staff was very accommodating, but the stay was pretty difficult because of the train noise and just the overall nastiness of the surroundings. Just to reiterate, you will hear LOUD train horns throughout the night and all day.

  Very well maintained property , with helpful staff , each person is dedicated towards work. Requested for a shuttle which was complimentary and was provided immediately by Mr Daniel and Mr Omer . Would love to stay there again. Clean rooms , nice hospitality. Must visit the sky restaurant good view. 👍

  This is our second time coming here, our first time was okay and better than other hotels. But this time was really bad and not worth the money I paid. When we first arrived to check in we didn’t get the rooms we wanted, we called to make reservations and they said everything would be ready for us when we get there. But they were wrong. We are traveling as a family of 5, we wanted 2 rooms that have a connecting door like we had received the last time we came, the lady that made our reservations said that would be fine and would get us it. But when we checked in they gave us 2 rooms on 2 different floors! We told them that is not what we asked for and paid for, they fixed it for us but I had to pay 85 extra for each room. But even after that they didn’t give us the connecting rooms, instead they gave us rooms close to each other. We said it was fine and didn’t make a big deal about it because we were there for vacation and to have fun. We took the rooms and when we were going to sleep is was really noisy from the train and traffic and the people around us in different rooms, I know that that was beyond their control but this is just what I experienced. Also with our rooms we had free internet access and when we tried to access the internet with our rooms numbers and the last name under the reservation it didn’t work and we tried multiple times, and with multiple devices but none worked. Also the room service lady came at 8:00am to ask if we were leaving today when we had just basically arrived. And the cleanliness was so bad the rooms were not clean at all. There was roaches and the fridge had dirty disgusting water everywhere.

  Sometime ago I stayed at this hotel for an event. I specifically asked for a non smoking room, when I check in the room was unbearable with cigarette smoke odor, requested another room, got the other room which had a smoke smelled worse than the first one! Informed front desk I would stay in my original room. Apparently this was NOT documented by the front desk (very incompetent workers, The Manager who showed up next day was actually nice). Got security knocking at my door early in the morning like 7 AM, basically it sounded like they were breaking the door, informing me that that room was supposed to be empty! long story short, I WILL never ever, stay at that ZOO again!
