    No restaurant on site. Very bad TV service. Was not able to watch TV.

    clean but ...... tub spicket and shower head plate installed incorrectl so it looked shabby. In the middle of the night the whole front of the AC/heater unit fell off and scared the heck out of us.

    First time I’ve stayed at a hotel with slanted hallway and room. It’s a motel with cheap renovation to convert into a hotel “Inn” to charge over $114 a night(weekdays). The place is disaster with cracking walls and ripped carpet. On top of that, they try to maximize their profit when I extend an extra night. Staff is not accommodating. Would not recommend nor I will ever stay here again.

    I never write reviews but I don’t think I will ever stay in a Best Western again after this. For the cost of this hotel, I cannot believe how many bugs I found in the room and the amount of suspect stains on the walls. There were even stains on the sheets. The location is convenient for this trips purpose. The people are friendly and the breakfast met expectations but the rooms seriously need a deep clean.

    Bed bugs.... We had to check out after one night and promissed a refund but now we are given the run around to get the balance of the stay paid back.....
