I like it. It was neat and quiet. Few things I want to mention: they say smoking is prohibited but the hallway smells something like that. The toilet also smelled very bad, but we managed it by closing the lid every time we used. The receptionists (especially the ladies) do not have welcoming approach.

My family and I stayed here for a week early this month and it was a huge disappointment overall. On the positive side: *Many of the staff members were friendly *Parking was never an issue *It was pretty quiet during our week there On the negative side: *The fob room keys continually malfunctioned. Every single day - sometimes more than once per day - we had to go down to the front desk to report that our keys weren't working and have them replaced. We kept being told to not keep them near cell phones or the room TV, but we never did that. Still, the keys failed regularly so we always wondered whether or not we'd be able to get back into our room. *The bathtub was permanently dirty, and it wasn't cleaned by the room attendants when they came in one day to specifically clean the bathroom. *The wifi was very spotty - every time I used it, it would work for about five minutes then disconnect. *The toilet stopped working late one afternoon, just as we were about the go out for the evening, so I advised the front desk staff. I specifically told the person that we would be out for the evening and that the maintenance person, who I was told would be there in about twenty minutes or so, could let himself/herself into the room. We came back late that night to find that the toilet had not been fixed. When we spoke the the person at the front desk, he gave us three different stories, hoping to just get rid of us rather than take any responsibility. I ended up fixing the toilet myself, otherwise we would have been in big trouble. *The continental breakfast was shabby each morning - the same carb-heavy offerings each day with very little in other options. For seven days, we ate the same food for breakfast. *It was faster to walk up the stairs than to take the elevator. Holiday Inn used to be a very good hotel, but it has really gone downhill - at least this location has. For the amount that we paid, it was quite the ripoff.

Honestly just the most horrible experience, not worth it even for being the cheapest in town. Rooms are dingy and gross, clerk was rude at check out and free breakfast is FALSE ADVERTISING. I wish they let you give zero stars.
