This place has bed bugs!! I reported it to the front desk and then over a week later after going back and forth with them, they tried to tell me it wasn’t bed bugs 😂. But they didn’t know I worked in pest control for 18+ years and there’s zero chance I could misidentify something that I’ve dealt with countless times! DO NOT STAY HERE! The fact they tried to say it isn’t bed bugs shows that they did NOT take the proper steps to address the issue! They tried to offer me 20,000 Hilton honors points 🙄. Why would I accept that after you bold faces lied to me? After this is how you follow up on a SERIOUS issue that your guests could end up taking home and infesting their residence!!

Room was great. Better then I expected. Right on US1 so you hear traffic all night. A little difficult to get in and out of hotel with traffic. Easy to get an Uber. Breakfast wasn't great.

It was hard to put food in the refrigerator. The door was on the wrong side. They should fix it. It should open to the wall. But it was clean. The oatmeal was good for breakfast.

I’m a Hilton Diamond member and was very disappointed with my recent stay at this Homewood Suites. We arrived close to midnight after a long day of travel. My mom asked the front desk for a shower cap, and the associate told her they didn’t have any without even checking. The next morning, another staff member gave her one immediately from the front desk drawer, which made it clear they had them all along. When we got to our room, there was no lotion and no extra pillows or blankets for the sofa bed. We called the front desk, and instead of bringing them, we were asked to come down to the lobby to get them ourselves—only to be told when we got there that they actually didn’t have them and would bring them later. Breakfast was also very poorly handled both mornings. We arrived at 9:00 AM the first day (with breakfast running until 10), and there was almost nothing left—no coffee, no hot items, and no effort to refill anything. Guests were left standing around waiting, but nothing was replenished. The next day, we came earlier at 8:30 and had the exact same experience. Overall, the service felt dismissive and unwelcoming, and the basics of what Hilton promises—stocked amenities, responsive staff, and a reliable breakfast—were not delivered. As a Diamond member who stays at Hilton properties frequently, this was far below the standard I expect.

Yikes! First off, Melvin was great and very helpful but this location needs some help. Our room wasn’t ready until 4:45pm. Manager insisted we reserved a studio until she looked more closely and realized *shockingly* we were correct in saying we reserved a one bedroom. Once we finally got into our room the bathtub was disgusting. We made sure we requested a tub so we could give our baby a bath but no one should be bathing in this tub (photos included). And even if you wanted to you couldn’t. The stopper didn’t work and the drain was filled with long black hair. The temperature of the water didn’t get hot. Lukewarm at best. Lots of things in this hotel are clearly being renovated but it’s being done so sloppy. All the materials still have all the stickers still on them. Like, if you go in the bathroom by the pool all the parts have the huge retail stickers on them and the light fixture in the room still has the instruction stickers on it. Also, all the tile floors seem to be new but they haven’t been finished properly and are all scuffed and grout-y. Which is such a sad waste because they are clearly new! Breakfast was pretty good! Coffee, cereal, oatmeal, eggs, sausage, tater tots, bagel's, toast… the usuals! There’s a lot of potential here especially with the renovations but as it is right now… not good at all. Side note… try A2B next door! Delicious food!
