My key card was able to open every door in this building and I had a staff member attempt to barge into my room in the middle of the night to "check something with the shower". Luckily I had the security latch enabled so she couldn't initially get in. Either way it made me extremely concerned about my personal belongings being stolen. And after seeing other reviews about rude staff and bed bugs. I highly advise everyone to avoid this place at all cost. I will not be returning here.

Location is good however too dark on the road specially when raining. Stayed 1 day for a short visit. Will stay agailn

I reported it to the front desk and then over a week later after going back and forth with them, they tried to tell me it wasn’t bed bugs 😂. But they didn’t know I worked in pest control for 18+ years and there’s zero chance I could misidentify something that I’ve dealt with countless times! DO NOT STAY HERE! The fact they tried to say it isn’t bed bugs shows that they did NOT take the proper steps to address the issue! They tried to offer me 20,000 Hilton honors points 🙄. Why would I accept that after you bold faces lied to me? After this is how you follow up on a SERIOUS issue that your guests could end up taking home and infesting their residence!!
