I recently needed the day usage service offered by Holiday Inn because I work from home and my internet provider was doing service enhancements and I had no wi-fi. The staff at Holiday Inn Princeton, Himanshu and Sarth, provided stellar customer service. They were professional, accommodating, and flexible regarding the hotel day usage hours. The day usage rates were very reasonable and I am glad that service feature was available. Overall, I had a very positive experience at Holiday Inn Princeton.

They don't honor what's booked in the reservation.
Reservation made through expedia for 4 persons with free breakfast.
They asked us to pay $10 + taxes for each person
Never coming back
A lot of better options around the area

I want to start with the staff was great. Other than that this is the worst holiday inn I’ve never stayed in. Beds were horrible, sheets were the wrong size. Hospitality is horrible as they charge for breakfast and coffee cups fit maybe a shot of coffee. This hotel is more of a quality inn type of stay and doesn’t deserve to be called a holiday inn.

The hotel here is less than impressive. It should really be 2.5 stars but google only allows round numbers so rounded it up to 3. Anyway…I recently stayed here when in town for training. First of all the location is great, really convenient and with in 10-15 mins of most anything in the area. The staff was ok, not super friendly and seemed more preoccupied with their phones. I paid for breakfast 1 morning and waiting by the desk for someone to seat me for about 5 mins before I gave up and helped myself. The breakfast was like anything you get at a holiday inn express, but you have to pay for it. The rooms haven’t been updated in a longtime and I’m pretty sure they got cheapest fixtures imaginable. The water wouldn’t shut off all the way in the shower, the bed was hard and uncomfortable, and everything was installed crooked in the room. The elevator was mostly working, I opted for the stairs after the elevator doors only opened partially when exiting on my floor. I told the staff about it and they didn’t seem too concerned or know where the inspection certificate was. I also pretty sure there were people/family/friends of the staff living on the second floor. In the end it seemed like a safe, cheap place to stay, but I’d look elsewhere next time.
