When I got to my room, the couch had visible stains, and the shower didn’t appear to be properly cleaned. These issues made it hard to feel comfortable during my stay, especially given the standards I expect from Holiday Inn. I hope management will take this feedback seriously. I would appreciate being contacted to discuss a partial refund or some form of compensation, as the experience didn’t reflect the quality or cleanliness the brand typically promises

The staff at Holiday Inn Princeton, Himanshu and Sarth, provided stellar customer service. They were professional, accommodating, and flexible regarding the hotel day usage hours. The day usage rates were very reasonable and I am glad that service feature was available. Overall, I had a very positive experience at Holiday Inn Princeton.
