Room was beautiful and very tidy/clean. Also extremely spacious. Lobby was busy with dining guests and after hours bar goers, but I’d suspect there was a game or something going on at the school as well that brought more traffic into the building. Parking and valet was a bit backed up and chaotic but they did a good job regardless. Had to circle Palmer Sq once or twice before realizing you have to pull into the valet area which looks like a parking garage.

This hotel was so gross. Lobby and vibes seem cool but my room had hair and a smudge on the bed (you can draw your own conclusions about how it happened). I had to ask to change rooms bc they just said they’d send house keeping. The next room had a blue contact lens on the floor in the bathroom that stayed there my entire stay. House keeping entered my room with the DND sign and would not come with it off - I was stuck there 10 nights for work. I watched house keeping’s “cart” and the vacuum was just a lint roller. I’m not kidding. They also put someone else’s information on my account so I can’t even get points for this mess. Front desk won’t answer the phone. Do not stay here if you can help it - grossly over priced for motel quality room. Bring a flashlight for the “closet” btw. Location is great.

Stayed in this hotel the night of my wedding in Princeton. The location is perfect and the staff is very kind. We wanted to spend the extra money to be close to our event and have a elevated experience staying at the graduate on such an important occasion. We were extremely disappointed that the AC was not working and we entered the room to find a box fan used as supplementary air flow. We were not told at check-in that the AC was not working. It would have been nice if we were warned about the lack of AC on a 75 degree day. The box fan also fell multiple times during the night. Upon entering the room we also discovered that the door did not lock. The lock mechanism was broken. Since it was late and there was a lack of staff presence we were not lucky in finding someone to help us. This is a menial complaint but we woke up the morning after and wanted a coffee but they said they do not offer room service. When I booked this room - the amenities featured were "Bed and Breakfast". I would have assumed that we could get coffee to our room. That was my misunderstanding I suppose. For the exorbitant price we paid for the room, while it is decorated beautifully, we were so disappointed that we spent our wedding night in a hotel without a working lock or AC.

I just spent the past 10 nights at the Graduate. Pros: Excellent location, cute decor and unique school-themed touches, great bar and bartenders. Cons: Dirty room - I sat on the floor to organize my suitcase and discovered that my pants were covered in dog hair when I stood up. My sheets were never changed in 10 nights. There were smudges on the bathroom floor that remained throughout my stay. Obviously, floors aren't cleaned during your stay. The room was so dark! The dim lighting is nice in the bar for the vibe, but not in the rooms. Getting ready each morning in the dark and using my phone's flashlight to try to see in the closet and attempt to do makeup wasn't fun. I called the front desk to ask where the gym is located. They told me it was on the 3rd floor. After wandering for a bit, I ran into a nice employee who led me to the basement, where the gym is actually located. The body wash in the shower was empty for a few days before it was finally refilled. I'm sure it was only refilled because I finally put the empty bottle in the middle of the floor of the shower so that housekeeping would hopefully pick it up and notice it needed filled. Sometimes housekeeping refilled the cans of water in the fridge and sometimes they didn't. When I called the front desk to request water on one of the days that housekeeping didn't restock, someone promptly brought me towels. Fortunately, he was kind enough to go back down and get me water instead. The eco-friendly motion-activated thermostat causes awful temperature fluctuations in the room at night. For the price paid for 10 nights here, I expected a far better experience.

Nice hotel. Great Location. And one of the worst front desk experience. If you have to stay here, do yourself a favor and use the app and avoid the front desk completely.
