    I wish I could give a 10 star review on you staff alone! As a frequent traveler, feeling welcome and comfortable where you stay is crucial. The staff, from the front desk to the dining area, has been absolutely phenomenal. This is my second time staying here, and Front Desk Ladies "Jay," "Tay," and Alex were extremely sweet, so kind, and accommodating in every way. I don’t see myself staying at any other place when I come to New Jersey. The hotel is good, but the outstanding service provided by these individuals is what truly sets it apart, STEPANIE is an pleasant new addition! Thank you for such a comfortable stay; we checked in again and are absolutely happy with our experience.

    Absolutely horrible customer experience. We had already booked a room for one night, before checkout we came to extend our booking but we where told that no rooms where available from the clerk that works Saturday morning. She was extremely rude and offensive and talked to us with an attitude. Never coming again.

    If I could give this place a 0 star, I would. My family and I were on a mini vacation and had to experience theft in this property. Upon checking out of our hotel, my wife and I realized we forgot two bottles of wine that we purchased from a winery the night before. We then immediately contacted the front desk. One staff returned one wine bottle and said they only saw one even after we reiterated that we left two bottles in a bag. After almost 30-minutes of arguing, I was finally returned the second wine bottle. No one should have to experience this ever. Despite this incident, the other staff members were very friendly and supportive. I’m just highly disappointed that we had to experience that.
