Pros:
- Good room overall. Very comfortable beds, sheets and pillows. Plenty of towels provided. Mini fridge had a freezer section and the coffee maker can make two cups at once.
- Property seemed clean and well maintained. Elevators were fast.
- Front desk was quick and friendly, and even gave me two cookies at check in.
Cons:
- Room was poorly insulated so I had to run the heater, which was really loud, all the time.
- Many additional fees for water bottles, breakfast, wifi, etc. Be careful.
- No microwave in room (probably my biggest beef!)

We stayed here throughout our New Jersey and Delaware trip. It was centrally located to all of the things we wanted to do, easy to get in and out of each morning, whether or not there was traffic on the main road. The person who helped us at the Front desk was courteous and answered our questions. There was a larger easier to access parking lot in the back with a sort of side door access point that made it easier to get good parking Without fighting to get back to the hotel at a reasonable time for good parking. There were Apple signs posted that there were sometimes issues with break-ins to vehicles and to keep all valuables out of sight. The rooms were clean and housekeeping made sure that we were well stocked on towels and toiletries.

We stay at this hotel every year for Princeton's debate tournament, and it's always a great experience! Thank you so much to Kerry Gavaghen for her help in organizing our very large group. We really appreciated that the payment details were taken care of in advance, and the rooms were great as always.
I have two quick requests related to the breakfast options: first, please make some type of non-dairy milk (such as soy or almond) available at the tea/coffee stations for those who can't consume dairy. Second, please make peanut butter or some alternative spread available for toast/bagels.
Otherwise, we loved the stay and are looking forward to returning next year!

Definitely disappointed. It was my first time visiting NJ, and I booked two nights. The first night was okay, though the shower was so narrow you could barely turn without bumping your elbows.
Before leaving in the morning, I made sure to bring the “Do Not Disturb” sign inside so housekeeping could clean while we were out. When we came back that night, nothing had been touched — trash still there, bed not changed, towels exactly where we left them.
I called the front desk, and the woman insisted the room had already been cleaned. We were literally standing in an untouched room. She then accused me of leaving the “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door, even though I double-checked before leaving.
I asked to switch rooms or have housekeeping come clean, and she ignored both, saying sheets only get changed every three days. Since they wouldn’t help, I asked for clean towels, sheets, and for someone to take the trash. When the housekeeper arrived, we even asked if she could clean the trash out for us, but she told us to just leave it outside the door. She handed us the clean items and left. We ended up changing our own sheets, swapping towels, and cleaning out our own trash… at a hotel we paid for. 😅 WOW!
Then at 9:35 the next morning, housekeeping tried to enter the room without knocking. We were startled. Isn’t knocking the most basic courtesy before entering a guest room especially the checkout time like 11 am or 12 pm??
Overall, this was the worst customer service I’ve had at a hotel — especially disappointing for my first trip to NJ. I wouldn’t stay here again unless you truly have no other options.
