UPDATE: I am writing to provide an update regarding my stay. While the room was cleaned approximately 30 minutes ago—and I now have clean sheets, unstained towels, and a clean microwave—the animal odor remains. As I am highly allergic, this is a significant concern.
I believe that rooms designated for animals should be separate from those for other guests. At the very least, a mandatory deep-cleaning procedure should have been completed prior to my arrival. It is disappointing that cleanliness and safety were not prioritized at this corporate location.
Furthermore, it was surprising to find that this is the first IHG property I have visited that did not have spare linens on hand. There should always be extra towels and sheets available for emergencies.
Location gets a four due to the walking distance from Parking Lot to the front door. It is not feasible for a disabled person traveling solo.
Due to these issues, I will not be returning to this location.
I am writing to formally express my extreme dissatisfaction with my current stay at your hotel. My room, number 104, is in an unacceptable condition. The bathroom and microwave are dirty, the microwave emits a foul odor, and the shower is full of hair. Furthermore, the entire room smells strongly of dogs and has been heavily sprayed with air freshener to mask the scent.
As someone who is terminally ill, physically disabled, and highly allergic to animals, these conditions are hazardous to my health. When I brought this to the attention of the front desk, I was told that fresh linens were unavailable. While I was offered a room change, the staff member stated he could not leave his desk to assist me, making it impossible for me to move my belongings at this late hour.
Additionally, the parking is located far from the entrance, which is incredibly difficult for guests with limited mobility. I am currently in significant pain and stuck in an unsanitary room.
This experience is far below the standards expected of an IHG property. I request that you address these serious housekeeping and service failures immediately.
I TRULY SHOULD HAVE CHECKED THIS ENTIRE ROOM EARLIER TODAY BUT I DID NOT.
It does not allow me to post the video inspection. I will edit the photos later

The hotels location is very great and quiet just what we needed. The interior of the hotel is unique but everything was good, checking in to the breakfast. We only gave it a 4 stars because our AC/heater wasn’t working so we had to switch rooms which they were quick and very accommodating to help us. We will definitely be going back whenever we are in the area.

Excellent Value and Great Location
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. It offers exceptional value for money. I stayed in a King Size Single Room, which was impressively spacious, well-organized, and bright. The room was spotlessly clean and maintained to a high standard, making for a very comfortable stay.
The location is another big plus. It’s only a 15-minute drive to Princeton (provided there's no traffic), making it a great base for visiting the university. Additionally, there is a shopping plaza right across from the hotel, less than 5 minutes away by car. It features a wide variety of dining options with cuisines to suit every taste. Highly recommended!

Hotel maravilhoso, ótimo atendimento, região lindissima e café da manhã sensacional.
Retornei recente.
