The bed was terrible, ripped mattress cover, ripped up dust ruffle, stains on the comforter & lets not talking about me itching all night from the bedding. The night was a complete disaster. Was so disappointed was really looking forward to a peaceful & cozy evening. I definitely didn't get that.

The furniture inside the rooms could use a modern refresh; some it was scratched up and seemed as if it had been there for a few years. The parking lot, also aged, could use a refit as well. The staff were friendly and seemed genuinely concerned about any problems I had with my experience.

The room was very cold, and I had to sleep in a down jacket. My child caught a cold from the cold. I requested thick bedding four times, but received none, and the service was extremely poor! This seriously affected my sleep!
