Her professionalism and friendly demeanor truly made my stay enjoyable. Jennifer undoubtedly deserves special recognition for her outstanding service. We originally had a room booked at a different hotel, but it was overbooked and we were moved to this hotel next door. At first we were a little disappointed, but the moment we arrived we were welcomed by the most amazing front desk host — Jennifer — and everything immediately changed. Jennifer was incredibly kind, friendly, and genuinely positive. She helped us with absolutely everything, even the smallest details. Every request was handled instantly, always with a smile. She explained things, showed us around, gave great suggestions, and made us feel truly cared for. Not once did we feel ignored — quite the opposite. She was attentive, warm, and incredibly professional. Honestly, Jennifer is one of the best front desk hosts I have ever met in any hotel. Her attitude and kindness completely transformed our stay. Thanks to her, what could have been an inconvenient situation became a truly pleasant experience. The room was comfortable, the pool was fantastic, and the whole stay felt welcoming and relaxed. Great hospitality is rare, and when you meet someone like Jennifer, who clearly loves what she does and treats guests with such genuine warmth, it makes all the difference. The location was great with a shopping area not too far away. I was in the area for work this hotel served my needs. If I’m in the area again I’ll be back.

It makes so much noise each flush and does not go down easily. The hot tub was not working & had that been advertised, I would have gone elsewhere from the very start. Tv remote has YouTube and Netflix on it but the apps aren’t available once you click them.
