  It's hard to express how happy I am back and restored with my healthy and without any surgery. I actually have relief from symptoms I didn't even know that I had the watchful waiting period before I chose to contact doctor uyi and believe me I just got cured from colon cancer, and pressure that grew right along with my health.   The room felt a bit outdated, but it was still in good condition overall. One downside is that breakfast is not included—you have to pay $16 if you want it. The room was generally clean, though there were a few details that could use more attention, like the carpet and curtains, which had some stains. On the positive side, the staff was friendly and welcoming, parking was free, which is a big plus, and convenient. However, the elevator also seemed quite old. Overall, a decent stay, but there’s definitely room for improvement in maintenance and amenities.

  Worst experience ever keys kept deactivating . Instead of them acknowledging that they were having issues with their system. They instead shifted the blame on us and all the other guest who were staying there. They claimed that we must have deactivated it by having it near metals ,keys cell phones or change. Not the case according to all the other guest who were outside when the hotel was on fire. My friends and family were all staying here including myself for my honeymoon and the jacuzzi tubs were not working in one suit the other suit was a regular bath tub and claimed it was a jetted tub. I could have stayed anywhere else but this location was close to home and I eventually went to the archer but I will never stay here or suggest that anyone else would after this weekend. I was exhausted and not well rested on my special day.

  The worst stay I have ever had in my life. I arrived Wednesday night after a long day of traveling I was hoping to use jacuzzi tub in my suite that I paid for it didn't work then I got questioned if I know how to use one and I do because I work at a hotel for a living. Then my room keys deactivated during my whole 3 day stay which was super annoying I never put them near my phone or keys at all. The maintenance guy came to the room and told my friends daughter that was staying in the room with me thay the tub works which it didn't. Then I called down to have trash pick up and towels removed and replaced with clean ones and instructed to put in the hallway which isnt right and doesnt look good at all. Then we have a fire after I was at a wedding all day long exhausted we all had to evacuate the building then housekeeping wants to knock on the door at 9am I don't think so on top of that housekeeping team very loud in the hallways unacceptable. During my stay there was just little apologies and no compensation offered when I paid 200 a night for a room thay wasn't a comfortable stay at all and the first night to add too my sheets were wet Im not sure why so I slept on them not comfortable. Im writing this review not to pinpoint anyone but to make management team realize they have to do a better job supporting their team and showing them the right way. I worked in hotel for 14 years and I never experienced a stay like this before anywhere something has to improve I will never stay here again! This place is rated not even a 1 it should be 0.
