  This Homewood Suites is clean and updated—not the easiest find in this area. Justin at the front desk was super nice and helpful. Gym is nice—I’m generally not a hotel gym fan. They have a reception with drinks and snacks from 5-6:30. This will be my go-to when I’m back in the Parsippany/Fairfield area.

  I recently completed an extended stay at this property. Upon arrival I was greeted by Naomi. Her professionalism positive energy and warmth radiated throughout my entire stay. As someone who travels for business more than 120 days a year, I can sincerely say she is an asset to your organization.

  stay at Homewood Suites Parsippany often—it’s hands down one of my favorite hotels in the area. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and having a full kitchen is a huge plus for longer stays. Wi-Fi works great, and streaming is smooth. The location’s super convenient—close to parks, shopping, and Morristown’s downtown. NYC is just 40 minutes away by car, and you can take the train too. Easy access to I-80 and I-287 makes getting around a breeze. What really makes this place shine is the staff. Maomi and Justin at the front desk are always welcoming and ready to help. Their kindness reflects the great leadership from the GM and front office manager. And yes—Wednesday night cookies are a treat I look forward to every week. There’s also a pool, gym, laundry, and grocery delivery. Everything you need is here—but it’s the people that make it feel like home.

  My girlfriend and I were in town for a wedding and made the trip from Connecticut to stay at the Homewood Suites by Hilton in Parsippany, NJ. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this property. From the moment we walked through the doors, it was clear that this hotel sets the bar incredibly high. The rooms are absolutely immaculate - spotlessly clean with attention to every detail. You can tell the housekeeping staff takes tremendous pride in their work. The modern layout perfectly reflects this hotel’s recent construction, with contemporary design elements, thoughtful amenities, and a fresh, updated feel throughout. Everything feels brand new and well-appointed, making it an incredibly comfortable home away from home. I must give special recognition to Naomi at the front desk, who was absolutely exceptional. Her warm welcome, professionalism, and genuine care for guests made check-in a breeze and set the tone for the entire stay. She went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The breakfast was another highlight, thanks to Carmen, whose culinary skills truly shone through. The morning featured delicious, fresh options that were prepared with obvious care and attention. Carmen’s friendly demeanor and dedication to quality made breakfast something I genuinely looked forward to each day. I highly recommend the Homewood Suites Parsippany to anyone visiting the area, especially if you’re traveling from out of state for a special event. The combination of pristine accommodations, modern facilities, and truly outstanding staff like Naomi and Carmen make this a five-star experience.

  I can go on for a long time, however, I just want to mention top notch service. In the most challenging time in my life, I met a number of great people. Words are not strong enough to describe who helped me and continue to help me and my family including my dogs in my stay since I’ve been here now for two months. I’ve chosen to stay here because of the amazing people who make this property a comfortable reality. I’m going to Mention Sylv Mukh, AJ the owner, Nestlé, who is an Amazing general manager, who has demonstrated so much leadership while she was here from the day that we arrived, Naomi, who As a front of house manager and is just always great to be an interaction with, Justin, who works the evening shift and never says no to anything and just makes things happen,, Carmen, who is the hotel food manager and just makes things happen every day, Boris, who is a great guy who takes care of the every day amenities. Ester and Jennifer are the ever present management. I hate to call out people with titles on a team is cohesive and works together to deliver a seamless customer experience . I’m sure I’m missing out on some people’s names. I’ve stayed here now for 45 nights and I will continue to stay here for another 45 more. God willing. I’m privileged to be able to leave a review. Stay here and don’t hesitate to ask anyone for help in anyway. This is the premier proper to stay at in the Parsippany Troy Hills area. Nestle, the General Manager, balances and works being out front with the background responsibilities and makes all things happen. I should say that she doesn’t hesitate to engage in guest relations. Nestle and her team members have made this a place away from home. Give them a chance and you won’t be disappointed!!
