They mismanaged the payment, placed incorrect charges, and then lied to me repeatedly when I tried to get an explanation. Instead of solving the issue, they kept blaming me and giving contradictory stories. I’ve never dealt with such unprofessional and dishonest personnel in any hotel. The facility itself was disgusting. Hallways smelled terrible, the room felt unclean, and everything seemed poorly maintained. It genuinely felt nasty and unhygienic, like cleanliness is not a priority at all. And the breakfast? Horrible. Low-quality food, poorly presented, barely edible. For a hotel that charges real money, what they served was embarrassing. Overall, I would never stay here again and strongly advise others to avoid this place. There are plenty of better options—this hotel is absolutely not worth the frustration, the lies, or the filth.

Booked this last minute for a place to rest our head en route home without seeing the no dog policy. Discovered this after arriving at the hotel and seeing the signage (thinking this must happen a lot...), had to find an alternate stay and staff said they would ask the manager regarding a refund next day. Please make this policy more clear for online bookings, ended being a big waste of time and money.
