- TSTheresa SantafioreDec 5, 20251.0My family and I stayed 6 nights, tub and sink had hairs in only 2 sets of towels we were 3 with a 2 bed room had to ask everyday for extra towels even though I asked front desk to have housekeeping to put them in the room, refrigerator didn’t work water in the freezer area microwave was dirty,top it all our room on our fifth night there wasn’t cleaned towels and garbage and beds weren’t done and I did not have the sign on the door!!! The elevator was loud you knee when people were going down and coming up, when we were going down or up it was so loud!! Was a very bad experience staying at this hotel, was in a convenient area but room and service was awful!! Would not recommend anyone to stay there!!
