    Rooms were in ok condition water damage and wall paper coming off. Couch had a stain. We needed extra blankets they bought what looked like dirty blankets up in giant trash bag. Front desk staff was very nice.

    I stayed recently, and Ashley from the front desk made my stay lovely. Her welcoming smile was the fist thing I noticed, she assisted me with finding my room and offered much hospitality, 10/10 staff, would stay again!

    I actually stay at the Hampton inn that is attached to the Hilton in Parsippany , New Jersey. I really love this arrangement because you can walk inside from the Hampton inn to the Hilton. So if weather is bad you have that option and the Hilton has Ruth's Chris, as well as a nice bar that serves food and a small Starbucks. Really nice set up.

    First off, the room type I reserved wasn't available because housekeeping didn't get them ready. Secondly, the tv didn't work, so I left for work at 5am, told the front desk and they said they would take care of it. They did not. They sent an engineer to my room after I complained and they said there was a problem with the internet coming into the room and IT would have to look at it. IT did not look into it, I was not offered another room or any other viable solution to the problem. They didn't seem to really care, so I really don't care to ever go back to that old, decrepit property. Learn how to take care of your guests Hilton!!!
