    We visited the Hilton Parsippany for a pop culture convention, so this review is about that experience not the rooms or the accommodations. As a convention venue, the Hilton Parsippany does a fantastic job with the space. Being a hotel, the layout is very open, modern, and easily navigable. Of course, plenty of parking, too. The layout of the meeting rooms provides plenty of space for vendors, celebrity photo ops, and the hoards of people attending the event. While the areas do fill up with shoppers and people trying to get from point A to point B, it all moves rather well. Attending a convention, regardless of size, at the Hilton Parsippany is a great experience. Navigating where you are and where you need to be is a breeze. The Hilton already has plenty of signage for the various rooms, and the convention added additional signage specific to their event. There is plenty of lighting and high ceilings in most of the spaces. The hotel staff keeps the communal areas clean and swept.

    I had a horrible experience during my stay at the Hilton in Parsippany. There were ants in my room, and the toilet was barely functioning the entire stay. Although the hotel offered a complimentary breakfast to make up for the issues, even that was disappointing—there were ants in the brown sugar next to the oatmeal. Overall, it was an unpleasant and frustrating experience that I would not expect from a Hilton property.

    I couldn't believe that I was told that the heat hadn't been turned on for the winter yet. There is no way for anyone to know that you are getting cold air from the heat setting. I was told a space heater would be sent up it never was. There were no condiments available for the sandwiches in the pantry either. Very disappointed for the price to be made to be uncomfortable. There only bright spot were the ladies at the front desk. The hotel was very busy and they were under a lot of pressure. It seemed like they had no support from upper management at all. When the hotel has a major event and it sold out it should be all hands on deck.

    I recently stayed at the Hilton Parsippany with my kids, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The reception staff were warm and welcoming, making the check-in process smooth and enjoyable. They even offered me an upgrade, which was a lovely surprise! Our room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for a family stay. Throughout our visit, the staff were attentive and accommodating, especially when I requested a late check-out. It made our departure much more relaxed. Overall, the hospitality at Hilton Parsippany truly stood out. I would definitely return for another stay and recommend it to others looking for a family-friendly hotel experience!

    As a lifetime Diamond member never have I’ve been treated like this by staff! They had a wedding I get it however my room wasn’t available at check-in. They have a room I can use. Didn’t complain sanding the morning we will switch. Didn’t unpack came came down in the morning. room not will call you when ready. Had breakfast came back room not ready. Comeback at 4pm. 6 hours later still no room. Everyone here today has no room and now maybe 6pm The manager who should be fired offer to cancels everyone reservation with no charge. Then laughs. On a side note I think he may have attended the party the night before. Clothes look like he slept in them. Unshaven and hair all messed up. His excuse “it is what it, is you can wait or leave”. Now the hotel itself is disgusting. I understand there was a wedding but the hallways smell of vape and smoke. Elevators are broken. Trash everywhere and it’s been there literally all day. Here is a pic of those that are just waiting with no where to go hoping to get a low floor and making calls to the marriot across the street
