    We were unfortunate to have a room that bordered the steps. The elevators are slow and it seems as though most people use steps from 1st to 2nd floor. Constant flow of foot traffic that went till 11 pm and started again around 6 am. Was not able to sleep in as intended by the hotel stay. It was nice however being able to utilize the adjacent and attached bar from the Hilton to enjoy a dessert and drink.

    Outstanding Service and Genuine Care! During my recent stay I misplaced an item that was very important to me. I was truly impressed by the exceptional service from Guillermo who went above and beyond to help me find it. He took the time to carefully retrace my steps, coordinated with the housekeeping team, and personally followed up until the item was located. What stood out most was Guillermo's genuine kindness, professionalism, and commitment to guest satisfaction. It’s rare to see someone take such personal responsibility to ensure a guest leaves happy. Thanks to his dedication, my stay ended on a wonderful note. I’m extremely grateful for his help and will definitely be returning to — not just for the beautiful property, but because of amazing staff like Guillermo.

    I booked a couple of nights at this Hampton Inn expecting a decent experience, but it turned out to be one of the most unpleasant hotel stays I've had. To start with, the restroom was in terrible condition — the door didn’t even close properly, which is unacceptable. The carpet in the room had a strong, unpleasant odor that made it hard to feel comfortable. Breakfast was average at best — nothing special. The real issue was with the front desk staff. When I asked about parking (since all the spots were taken by construction workers' vehicles), I was rudely told to “find parking myself or vacate the room.” That’s not the kind of service anyone should receive, especially after paying for a stay. After struggling to find street parking and finally returning to the hotel, I found the elevator was out of order. It just added to the frustration. I’ve stayed at many Hampton Inn locations before and never had such a negative experience. This one was a huge letdown. I will not be returning and wouldn’t recommend it to others.
