APARNA RAVI, our manager, ruined my 5 year old daughter's birthday party. The hotel is outdated, pool is unregulated chaos, breakfast tastes like rubber. The thermostats don't work. I booked 3 separate rooms here and it was a complete waste. Avoid at all costs. Miserable experience - still having nightmares.

This was our first visit to this hotel with my family. At the reception, there was clear discrimination between guests. Those who booked directly through the hotel were given small gifts, while guests who booked through websites received nothing. Secondly, the receptionist lacked experience in dealing with customers. I would advise the hotel management to provide him with more training in customer service. As for the noise, it was extremely disturbing. You could clearly hear other guests from inside the room. My family experienced this that night, as the guests in the room next to ours were very loud until 2:00 a.m., along with other issues.

Very disappointing experience. I do not recommend this hotel at all. The room was not clean and had an unpleasant smell. The staff was unprofessional and not welcoming, and my concerns were not taken seriously. Breakfast was disorganized, many items ran out early, and nothing was refilled. For the price they charge, this hotel is definitely not worth it. I will not be returning and I would not recommend it to anyone.

We met up here with family to be together to celebrate a sleepover for my niece. Issues started a check in with an understaffed desk and over a half hour wait to check in. The rooms were nice and generally clean aside from one of the bathrooms. Paying for parking in a massive lot in parsippany is insane to me. We were told we had to reserve time at the pool if the kids want to swim, which we did and were told hour blocks are limited to 20 people at the pool. Weird but ok. We went to the pool for our time slot and it was an incredibly dangerous situation. The desk had actually booked more than 65 people for the hour slot. A man had the door open in mid winter smoking a cigar out the door. Children were getting jumped on. When we tried to bring this to attention of staff, nobody offered help and said they’d pass a message to management. The “security guard” at the pool entrance said he doesn’t get paid for this and that it’s up to the front desk how many people can enter. The pool was also disgusting. What was supposed to be a fun night ended up being scary and upsetting. I hope a code violation is issued to prevent something horrible from happening there.
