This hotel is absolutely ridiculous. I checked in for about 5 minutes and had a family emergency and didn’t stay more than ten minutes in the room and was charged fully for the room even with insurance of cancellation. The front desk was very rude and didn’t help me at all and even tried to keep the incidentals fee. Never staying here nor would I recommend.

Convenience was fine, however, rooms were small, beds were super comfy but having a couple chairs to relax in would have been nice. Breakfast was ok, thank gosh it was included. Pool was warm, which was nice.

Have stayed here several times before and never had a problem. This visit they said I messed up the reservation and I didn’t ask for a handicapped accessible bathroom. So I asked for a new room with a roll in shower. They “upgraded” me to a king bed with a non roll in shower. I slept on the sleeper sofa - very uncomfortable and had to go out and buy a shower chair for our stay for my disabled mother. I was then demeaned by the hotel manager saying that they would have given me a shower chair! Well if I ask for a roll in shower and don’t get one why would I assume you have shower chairs. It should have be offered to me. The manager called me and had to have the last word until I hung up on him because he was just being rude.
There is construction going on across the street. Starts at 7am every day except Sunday. Very disturbing if you have a room in the front of the hotel. Lots of noise and can’t sleep late.
Had to ask twice for them to change a lightbulb that was flashing in our room. The toilet paper holder kept falling off the holder because it is old and over stretched. Easily replaced but O guess someone has to report it. The whole hotel was extremely loud. The cabinets in the rooms slam shut and should have some sound barriers in them. Very annoying.
They have lost my business and would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I actually really enjoyed my overall stay here but I'm rating it one star due to THREE SEPARATE charges for ONE STAY! I checked in online and used the option to pay in total for the room upfront. I incurred a $75 incidental fee which I wasn't warned about but I understand happens usually so that was fine. Then next morning I woke up to a duplicate charge for the stay which was OVER $300! They assured me it would drop off. They gave me a receipt upon check out with a single charge. I woke up the day after check out to ANOTHER CHARGE, this time is was OVER $400!!!! I called AGAIN and they apologized for the inconvenience but said it is an issue with their digital key system. I used a bank card for my stay, it's an account I use just for travel so I only keep enough on the card for what's needed for the trip. I had to load an extra $800 on the card to cover these charges!! Despite a good stay, clean room, good location and breakfast, I would not recommend this hotel and I would not stay here again based on this experience. The staff was apologetic but no one could assist with the charges. I could stomach the first erroneous charge but the 2nd one was enough to make me never use this location again.
