I am a nurse at Valley Hospital and I stayed here overnight due to snowy conditions. The room was so cold 67 degrees (I only had a pair of scrubs and a jacket). I increased the temperature to the highest it could go, but it only went up 1 degree the whole night. They do not provide bathrobes or extra blankets in the room. I called to ask the staff about the temperature and they sent me extra blankets. I was still really cold and I did not rest well.

** PLEASE LIKE & SHARE OUR REVIEWS ** This was the perfect 3 night stay as we traveled in and out of NYC. We used our go-city pass to visit the different attractions. Our final one was closeby in Jersey so it worked out perfectly. Zack was amazing at front desk. He is quick to ask if we needed anything. Hot water was out and he fetched us single cups of hot water for cocoa. He also asked if my kids had allergies then gifted them a treat. Was super thoughtful! The rooma were clean, cozy, & hot water with great water pressure. My fam snored like never before, lets just say...the hotel was busy but quiet. We heard no other guests the entire 3 days. Breakfast was WONDERFUL. We noticed ALBA working HARD to keep the coffee and food flowing. If she works solo, def should have a morning tip jar. Never seen a breakfast concierge handle as much as she does. She worked hard throughout the busy holiday hours. Not sure how she did it but, please treat her well! (Would hire her at my firm in a heartbeat. Folks who show up and work efficiently are like gold.)Thank you, Alba for all you do. There is an indoor pool, small business center & fitness equipment. Overall, lovely hotel and lovely staff. Had the professional level of a corporately run hotel with a personal, hometown service experience. Thank you all!

This hotel is absolutely ridiculous. I checked in for about 5 minutes and had a family emergency and didn’t stay more than ten minutes in the room and was charged fully for the room even with insurance of cancellation. The front desk was very rude and didn’t help me at all and even tried to keep the incidentals fee. Never staying here nor would I recommend.
