Upon check-in, we were told at the front desk that the water in the pool was cold. Naturally, it was impossible to swim there. I wouldn't have booked this hotel knowing this. We are very disappointed. The hotel did nothing to compensate for this. The swimming pool was the main reason we chose this hotel. Regarding the cleanliness of the room: there were black hairs everywhere – in the shower, near the microwave, on the sink – it was very unpleasant.
