They were hanging out in the one room above mine, stomping and running around on the floor above me up till 4am despite the manager's attempt to request for quietness and considerationof other guests. Poor insulation could have played a part too. If this is a common occurrence, maybe the hotel needs to place wedding guests on the 1st & 2nd floors instead of the upper floors. It would be a shame to have nice employees and nice furniture but the entire hotel ruined and avoided by people due to the wedding parties that don't adhere to 10pm quietness & consideration of other guests, like other hotels do

The atmosphere is welcoming, rooms are pleasant, clean, and super comfortable, and the service is excellent. There’s always ample parking, and the breakfast is the cherry on top — fresh, tasty, and a perfect start to the day. And the indoor pool is great. Highly recommend staying here!

So, less than an hour after checking in, I told the front desk that my two-night stay was reduced to one night. So, I checked out on August 12th, but I still haven't received a refund for one night's stay.

She was so considerate to upgrade our room to a larger room with a sofa since we were 4 adults. Location on google maps was not correct. Had to go back to booking website and get proper directions.
