Jessica did Great job in helping arrange a block of rooms, putting welcome bags in guest rooms, arranging for private breakfast room and coordinating with the shuttle service to get my guests to and from the venue. She was always there and on top of things.. her staff was accommodating, friendly and courteous.. I would highly recommend Holiday Inn express in Newton for any of your needs..šš

HOWEVER, my bridesmaids decided last minute to call to get a room to make it easier to decorate the reception and get us ready in the morning for the church and was told that there were only 4 rooms left and they started at $400+ a night. I went online and booked for 1/4 of that for them less than a minute later.

- KKKYDec 9, 20253.0My husband and I had initial talks with the hotel to accommodate our family and friends for our wedding over the weekend, and Michele was really great, taking care of our questions via email and in person. She's the only reason we're giving this place three stars. We had arranged transportation with a car company and informed the hotel staff that our parents would be picked up at 2:30 pm to take them to the venue. I'm not sure who was at the front desk but our parents were asking someone at the lobby about the transportation to the wedding venue. She told them there was no transportation and they had to wait for the 3:30pm transportation, which was actually for all of the wedding guests attending. Due to this huge mistake, not only were our portraits for our family done after the ceremony, but it also made us miss half of the reception because the whole timeline for photos and video had to be shifted. We are extremely disappointed and frustrated about the money we spent on the private transportation and how the poor decision-making by this person in the lobby prevented us from enjoying the wedding that we had planned.
