I like seeing all of the pups. Employees are all very nice. Location is pretty handy for the airport. However for people driving in, it is the parking is impossible even after you pay for it but the employees are very helpful assisting you in creating a spot. Getting in and out off the highway is like a game, almost like they crammed it in next to the highway. Rooms are spacious and convenient with appliances. Over all a pleasant stay.

My eldest daughter and I spent two unplanned nights at Home2 Suites by Hilton at Newark Airport during the blizzard of February, 2026. The desk staff were friendly, polite, and helpful under stressful circumstances. The complimentary breakfast buffet was fantastic: waffles, yogurt and with varied toppings, hot breakfast sandwiches (try the chicken), several cereal options, bagels, toast, etc, etc. I wish we'd had workout clothes and bathing suits, but as it was we binged on Netflix in our PJs and had a lovely time. It made a nice capper to our travel. Thank you to the staff -- you made what could have been a rotten situation a real pleasure. Great work.

Stayed here recently for three nights when we got stuck due to the blizzard. We were lucky enough to get a room for three nights. The hotel is really clean and the rooms are really spacious. Breakfast is actually pretty decent. The staff is extremely helpful and very friendly and patient. The only downside is that there are no restaurants nearby within walking distance you need your own car. We were snowed in because of the blizzard so we just ordered delivery which worked out fine.

If you're looking for a hotel very close to the airport, this is not a bad option. Home2 suites obviously has the amenities for long-term stay such as kitchen, pyuul out couch, plenty of desk space, etc. if you're looking for close by amenities, think again this hotel is located pretty much in between two different roadways with nothing around as far as food or gas. However, on my stay every floor smelled marijuana. So that was a great experience coming back from the work day to the fresh smell of weed. The Continental breakfast in the morning was decent. Menu changed a little bit every morning. Had a wide variety of items available from waffles to toast, cereal, coffee juice, breakfast sandwiches, boiled eggs, and even a make your own yogurt parfait

Thank you and please allow us to congratulate you all on the excellent service at the front desk by Victoria at check-in the afternoon of 2.14.26, as well as by the entire breakfast staff the morning of Sunday 2.15.26. Truly exceptional!
The room (#122) was very good, although we had a bit of a challenge with the thermostat in keeping a consistent comfortable temperature on a cold night.
The most disappointing aspect was the bathroom door, which simply would not stay closed, per the photo I am posting. There was no working locking mechanism and the door itself would slide wide open every single time one attempted to shut it.
Although we've been living in the Boston, MA area for thirty years now, please know that we absolutely do intend to return to this hotel, as we often visit Newark, NJ, (both my wife and my hometown).
If a refund for the visit of 2.14.26 is not possible, would a voucher for a future night's stay be available?
