    Pretty well equipped room for the price, and cannot beat the location if you have a late / early flight out of EWR. Front desk service was a bit cold. Would stay again though.

    The room size is great. However, the microwave didn't work, the remote batteries were basically dead, the phone looked like someone banged it as buttons were missing, the USB charger outlets on on side were broken, the underside of the toilet seat looked like it had blood spatter. The desk clerk was helpful and attentive, and the 🏧 was out of money. Overall, won't stay here again. Positive was location is close to cruise port.

    I am very disappointed — I have never experienced such a bad hotel before. I honestly do not understand why this hotel has so many good reviews. At check-in, the woman at the reception was extremely unfriendly and unprofessional. She did not even look at us or offer any kind of welcome or explanation. Breakfast was a complete mess. There were many people waiting in line, most of the food was already empty, and there was only one staff member working. As a result, we basically did not get any breakfast. In addition, around midnight the alarm went off twice during the night. No information, explanation, or reassurance was provided to guests, which was very disturbing and stressful. Overall, it was a very unpleasant stay. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel.

    I want to give a huge shout-out to Jazmin from the front desk staff. I ran into a minor issue with my booking, but the team handled it with such grace and patience. They went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and settled. It’s rare to find this level of genuine hospitality—they truly treat you like a guest, not just a reservation number.

    Muy lindo y todo pero esta primer noche que estuve aqui nevó y no tiene nada de malo pero lo malo fue que alas 2AM unas persona haciendo su party estaban fumando y empezó a soñar la alarma de incendios muy fuerte sonó 2 veces y alas de la fiesta las tiraron del hotel tambien horas después alas 6;35AM volvió a sonar y toda mi familia despertó mis niños les dio ataques de pánico y tambien vi un. Joven cuando fui a ver q pasaba o por que estaba sonando nos despertó muy feo
