  I actually had no issues at all! I was greeted upon arrival. I was asked if everything was okay and if there were any issues via text. My room was clean staff were friendly. Check in was a breeze. I will be back!

  Less than 3 miles from the airport, we were wondering about the noise level and there was none. The rooms were super clean, the first room we got smelled like it was smoked in and the front lady switched our room immediately with just a phone call, she even met us by the door before we could even exit the room, excellent customer service. They have a gym and a pool that were also very clean. Breakfast is included and was not bad. We went to a soccer game and got back to the room after 12 and even had a couple of local pizzeria recommendations for that time. We'll be back next time we go to NJ.

  The fact that they have a shuttle was such a relief, with everyone coming in at different times from different places for a recent trip. The staff was also extremely helpful, even before we arrived. The fact that they answer on the first ring and one doesn't have to go through a 10 prompt phone tree was also a big plus. Choosing a hotel in the greater NY area is such a hassle. The staff - Brian was understanding when I ran into an issue and Jasmine was patient and thorough when I was desperate for a solution - they really made me feel more at ease about our choice, and we do not regret it at all! Kudos!

  Conveniently located near the airport but in a food dessert so wouldn’t come again without a car since it’s surrounded by a motorway besides the few hotels next to it. Biggest complaints were the crazy water pressure from the bathroom sink. I unexpectedly splashed myself a few times not learning from the first time or being half asleep using it. The water pressure for the shower wasn’t great though and for a taller person it sucked I couldn’t adjust the head. Continental breakfast was fine. It was set up weird in that the plates are next to the waffle maker but no where else. All carbs — waffles, mini croissants, mini premade breakfast sandwiches, a few cereal choices, and breads/English muffins. The first morning there was only one butter packet available and all fake butter packets and only two packages of chamomile tea. The second day no strawberry jam, real butter packets, or herbal tea. But it was clean and they were restocking as needed presumably from what they had. Front staff was nice especially jasmine. Bed was fine and blackout shades were great. One elevator was broken which seemed to be a theme. Pool looked blah but the gym was good enough to use for an hour.

  This hotel looks nothing like the photos online, definitely was dirty on the outside and HUGE pothole in the parking lot. So be carful if driving at night because you’re car will get damaged. Shady ppl smoking outside. The bathroom door was broken and extremely hard to open/close. No air vent in the bathroom and a/c is not central air and room had a hard time cooling off. Shower head in our room leaked. One of the Elevators was broken. When pulling in there was no signs letting you know to turn instantly from off the freeway. Breakfast was not good. Lots of bread and the breakfast sandwiches looked like plastic. The bananas out where not ready to eat and needed to ripe some more, ice machine was also broken in the 4th floor. Do not recommend this place and very disappointed that my decision was solely off of photos and hotel descriptions.
