    Fantastic staff. Mary was wonderful and helped me through everything. O have a really bad left knee and can't stand very long, so I had a seat and she came to me for all the check in procedures and was Wonderful about it. I will never forget her kindness.

    The area looked a little sketchy at first but when we drove in a secure lot and inside they had security I felt safe. The room was very clean first time in a long time I didn’t have to change rooms . I would have gave you 5 stars but I went to an event in your ballroom and one bartender told me one thing then the other one said something completely different and his delivery was rude.

    Even though we checked in very late, we were warmly welcomed. The room allocated to us was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. We had a pleasant night, and all the reception staff were very polite and helpful. I would like to thank them all for their kindness and hospitality.

    Terrible!!! I was forced to stay near the New Jersey airport due to air traffic (here's a tip: set aside about $500 if you're on a layover in American airports like NY/LA or Chicago, since the airlines won't give you any support). So, don't stay at this hotel under any circumstances; pay something like $250 and go to a better hotel instead of paying $200 for this dump. What a disappointment, as I regularly stay at Holiday Inns in different countries, including the US. However, this one doesn't even feel like we're talking about the same chain. Rude staff, noisy elevators in the room, messy guests in the hallway on my floor until 2 a.m. without anyone intervening, there was no liquid soap in the bathroom, the cleaning lady opened my room at 8:15 a.m. expecting me not to be there to clean it... a complete tragedy.

    Pros: The rooms are clean & Beds are comfy. Cons: Let me start with the receptionist whose name is Kayla (Worst customer service ever), she was talking with all the customers very rudely and when i asked her to keep my bag in the bag room of the hotel so i can spend the day in the city since my flight is very late at night, she stated that she will keep the bag in the bag room till 5 then she will push it till 5:30 after that she will have the right to give the bag to the housekeepers and i might not get the bag which scared me and I had to cancel all the plans and rush so i can get my bag at 5:30, when i came back and asked the other receptionist she stated that no way that was right, so basically Kayla is not saying the truth which makes sense. And now ill be stuck in the airport for more than 5 hours because of her lies. She was very rude! Rooms are very noisy and zero sound proof. There was a constant noise in the room like the train was very close which wasn’t comfortable.
