  The service was so nice thismorning for breakfast. We've been traveling out of the country and our breakfast hostess Silvia Had the nicest, Hot and tastybuffet ready and a beautiful smile so welcoming. She really made our experience so pleasant at the Hampton. Made us glad to be home!!

  The original quote I was given differed from the charge. The parking is very expensive. The entire experience is more than we have experienced in other airport hotels. There is no restaurant.. The shuttle does not take us to our gate.

  Stayed here for 4 nights for a work trip. Great hotel. Rooms were comfortable and quiet. Shuttle from the airport was prompt and on time. Good experience. Will stay again if I end up in Newark!

  The shuttle bus is supposed to arrive every half hour. We waited over an hour in 11 degrees with children after flying for 9 hours. Another family had been waiting longer. We politely informed the front desk at check in and basically got gaslighted while the receptionist insisted that it is impossible. Super rude. On top of that, there is no restaurant in the hotel and nothing within walking distance. Only option for food is to take the shuttle bus back to the airport.

  This is a great Hotel. I've stayed here several times. It's clean, it's convenient, the service is great. Sylvia in the kitchen is really great. The food was delicious and Sylvia was meeting and greeting customers. Very nicely done. The only suggestion I would have is give up on the tater tots for breakfast. Every Hampton I stay in tries to serve them but they do not do well sitting in the hotel pan. They get rock hard and dry as sawdust nuggets. Love the hash browns though!
