Arrived before 15 after and the shuttle had already left. So now I’m hanging out in the cold with two very tired kids just waiting around.

She is one of the main reasons why I come back because I look forward to the excellent customer service. Also the rooms are very very clean and spacious!!! I mean really clean. Housekeeping takes pride in their work and craft. Thank you housekeeping. You are not thanks enough! Last but not least the complimentary breakfast and the personnel that cooks the food!! A+++++! The food is very delicious and hot! The personnel that prepares breakfast is so kind and helpful!

I had hoped that its proximity to the train station meant you could walk over, but this is New Jersey, so the station is only accessible by the Air Train. So from this hotel you have to take a shuttle back to Parking 3 and then the AirTrain four stops back to the train station. 30 min minimum although you can see the train station from the hotel.
- MMMagdalenaNov 4, 20251.0The service was horrendous. I felt like I need to apologize to the receptionist who was on her cellphone scrolling. I was going to check out and it felt I interrupted her. During check in we had to wait until someone showed up and they never told us about only one elevator working or that cleaning is every second day. We were very disappointed with the service and will never go back to this place again. I understand this is convenient location for airport transfer but no one should be treated with so much disrespect.
