    So we came to get away for a few hrs from the kids to relax the cost $80. That rapidly increased after check out plus tax plus parking each car total $125... on a Wednesday... smdh this was not a luxury location. The 6th floor plus the room smelled like Marijuana and smoke we moved to the 2nd floor where we was given 2 queens and bunk bed... I will never come back here total rip off. No photos because I did not want remember this stay

    Hotel is impossible to find. Google maps is outdated directions/location and hotel doesn’t advise you of this even though they are aware. Drove around for almost an hour. Then shuttle service to/from airport was awful. They gave us incorrect information multiple times. Do not recommend staying here if you have schedules to keep.

    Booked a room here 3 weeks ago. Received confirmation emails, etc. Arrived at midnight to be told there was no reservation under my name and they had no rooms available. Had to scramble and pay a premium for another hotel for the night. Terrible customer service.

    First time in NJ area it was easy access from and to the hotel, staff everyone was kind and helpful, shuttle drivers help us a lot with information how to take in and out hotel for surrounding areas and ways to get NYC, front desk very informative and helpful room clean.

    1. Though a stone's throw on the map from NJTransit station, you cannot walk across the carpark to the station. There are high barricades and work site barricades to overcome. The carpark is UA private property as well - i.e. no trespassing. To get to the station, you need a shuttle to P4 station on Airtrain, then take Airtrain to NJTransit station. The shuttle takes a loop before you get there. To get back from NJTransit, get on Airtrain to P4 then call for shuttle, and wait at Zone 1 ground level. Not exactly convenient if you intend to spend a couple of hours going to Manhattan/NYC on a day-trip. 2. Room was large but furniture dated. Clean. Updating/renovations in progress. 3. Proximity to train station means occasional train hoots booming. 4. No bottled water in room. 5. Staff are politely and friendly.
