  The “free breakfast” does not exist in this hotel anymore, contrary to the Google Map description. When I asked the manager in the morning, they asked me to show the existence of an exact wording of “free breakfast” in my reservation…

  When the shuttle driver LAUGHS at you when you are waiting for them to take you to the airport after the manager informed them you were waiting for 15 minutes, then wait another 15 minutes for them to ask "when do you want to leave?" I was told it runs every 30 minutes and was waiting well before the scheduled 3pm departure. My advice to the hotel as someone who has worked in hotel / hospitality management for a majority of my adult life REPLACE HIM. Also...word of advice for the morning driver YOU DONT NEED TO DRIVE LIKE YOURE TRYING TO QUALIFY FOR THE DAYTONA 500! Room was a "city view" but what I got was parking lots and a dumpster (BEAUTIFUL!) Hallways were so loud all night I could've sworn KISS got back together and was playing a concert. Also the location makes you feel trapped. Can't walk anywhere and even rideshare drivers are confused finding it.

  The weed smell is apparent, even in the rooms and elevator (almost all of the time). Noisy and not the best kept. The gym was unavailable for weeks during my stay, which was understandable but disappointing. The staff, however, is very good - even the shuttle driver is very accommodating and kind. Just, the hotel itself, isn't the most ideal for the price point.

  Hotel is very nice and service is superb. It's locations is a between some parking lot. Not reachable through public transport. They do offer aiport shuttle but you need to call them first to arrange a pickup. But if you don't have a us sim or using a esim for data then you'll have to get a taxi.

  This hotel is hard to rate because it was clean and apparently that’s hard to find. But the parking is an absolute crap show, if you actually find the hotel. The rooms are roomie and spacious the bathroom is TINY……. No I really mean TINY like I’m 5ft5 125lbs and I could only stand in front of the door hitting the toilet to try to get dressed. If you have children and need a bathtub they have taken the water faucets off and the water flows only through the shower head. They have removed bathtub plugs but you could stop it up with a wash cloth but again they’ve made the use of the bathtub null. They have a fake Starbucks inside and they will sell you a 4 dollar cup of hotel coffee that they serve you black and then you’re more than welcome to add the fake pump creamer and packet sugar. Please note… I am a coffee snob!🤷‍♀️ At the fake Starbucks they offer all of your continental breakfast needs at 3X the price of EVERYWHERE. There is a bar, we only had one drink. All the drinks were $15, I don’t remember looking at the food menu so I can’t speak on that. It feels like the hotel runs the bar and the “ Starbucks” and they are just trying to get as much of your money as possible.For the money and headache to park and not being able to get dressed in the bathroom and the necessitie to find elsewhere what many many other hotels offer complimentary…….. I can’t say I’d pick to stay here again and I’ll also say it wasn’t the worst hotel I’ve stayed in. The rooms were clean and comfortable.
