    Some rooms have a door to connect 2 rooms. These doors are so cheap that even whispers travel thru. I had an average neighbor but could hear every sound they made. What’s upsetting is the parking lot was near empty so there must’ve been plenty more rooms available. I did not enjoy losing 2 hours of sleep per night on a work trip, because I had no choice but to wake up and go to sleep when my neighbor did. Do not recommend this location for work trips.

    I am writing to formally share concerns regarding our recent stay at your property as a family with two young children (ages 8 and 4). We stayed at the hotel for two nights, on March 18th and 19th. During our stay, we were engaged in a family conversation in our room at night. We returned to the hotel around 11:30 PM with two tired and cranky children and were simply settling into our room. We were not engaging in any party-related activity, nor were we consuming alcohol or causing any intentional disturbance. Following a complaint from another guest, we initially received a phone call from staff requesting that we lower our voices. Just a few minutes later, a staff member came to our door and addressed us in a manner we found unnecessarily firm and intimidating. During this interaction, we were informed of potential escalation actions, including possible eviction from the hotel and that other guests could involve emergency services (911). I clearly recall the staff member stating, “Do you want me to file an issue?” which came across as threatening rather than constructive. This approach created significant discomfort and pressure for our family, especially given that we were traveling with young children. As a result, my children even stayed quiet and watched television with the volume muted to avoid any further escalation. We felt that the response appeared one-sided, as if the staff had already taken a position based solely on the other guest’s complaint without fully assessing the situation. We further raised this concern with the hotel manager, but unfortunately did not feel adequately supported or reassured. We were also surprised and concerned that emergency escalation (911) was referenced in the context of a non-violent, non-disruptive family situation, particularly involving guests with young children. We are a family who love traveling and have stayed in so many hotels around the world. We have never received such a complaint nor have we complained about other guests at the hotels. Additionally, we would like to highlight a concern regarding sound insulation within the rooms. Normal conversation levels could be heard from adjacent rooms, which significantly impacted our sense of privacy and comfort during the stay. We are sharing this feedback , as we believe families with young children should be able to enjoy a safe, respectful, and comfortable environment.
