  Very disappointed with my experience. During the blizzard, I returned to the hotel and there were no available parking spaces. Staff attempted to help, but the only spot found was iced over and unsafe. When I raised concerns about the ice being a liability and the lack of parking, the manager, I. Silva, became upset and even threatened to have us removed. I ended up having to make my own parking space. The next day, after my flight was canceled and I booked an additional night, I was told I couldn’t check back in due to “miscommunication” with the manager. The lack of professionalism and poor handling of the situation during a weather emergency was extremely frustrating. I’ve booked this hotel for the past 10 years due to family living in the area but this will definitely be my last time staying here.

  This hotel purposely blocks t v stations that lean conservative. Same with internet certain websites don't work because they block them. Im sure they monitor your web service so dont do any banking.. this is ccp-level craziness. The other hotels in the area do not. The air quality in the rooms from the air conditioner/heater is very poor you will wake up with dry sore throat . Also take slippers for shower and floor in the room . They never wash it and they use dirty mops and rinse it in the shower so you will definatly have itchi feet and toes. Floors in shower oily from grimm that never gets cleaned or dissinfected right. Breakfast is all from freezer reheated , including the eggs... Sometimes still semi frozen. This is a make believe beautified motel 6. Enjoy your stay. Possibly elsewhere

  Stayed for one night and the guy who checked me in (short brown hair, some tattoos) at 10pm on 1/27 was super kind, thorough, and just great at his job. I wish I’d gotten his name but either way, great dude.

  The room was beautifully upgraded! It was so spacious with a beautiful walk in shower and separate bathroom. The woman who greeted us was patient and so lovely. We will be back!
