    dice mi hija que fue el mejor hotel, tiene gimnasio, todo limpio y rica la comida un excelente y variado desayuno, incluso hay piscina y una estación permanente de café o té.. amo al hotel :) lo único malo súper malo que no hay internet en las habitaciones, debíamos estar en el mezanine para poder receptar señal del wifi.

    This aint a 5 star hotel, but everytime I come here, the customer service is 5 stars and that's why I keep coming back. Have stayed at some nearby hotels and this place is just reliable and always worth it.

    Horrible Management - Harassed by GM at Midnight! Stay away! ​I am writing this in the hope that the owner sees how this hotel is being managed. ​My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights. While the check-in was fine, the last night was an absolute nightmare. At 11:30 PM, we were woken up by a phone call demanding that we evacuate our suite immediately and move to another room due to construction starting the next day. ​When I explained that it was too late to move, the General Manager called me and was incredibly rude and unprofessional. She gave me an ultimatum: move now or get out by 7:00 AM. I have never experienced such poor customer service and lack of basic respect in my life, especially not at a Holiday Inn. ​To make matters worse, I was in the room from 6 PM to 9 PM and even spoke to the front desk earlier that evening, no one mentioned a thing about moving. ​Because of the GM's hostile attitude and poor judgment, we felt forced to check out much earlier than planned. As long as this General Manager is running the place, I strongly advise everyone to stay away. This was a total shock and a terrible way to end a vacation.

    We stayed here for a recent travel hockey tournament. Our team enjoyed the hotel. Everything was clean and comfortable. It seemed there have been renovations recently and had an overall refreshed feel. The free breakfast was good. The fitness center had a good selection of weights and cardio equipment. It was nice having a Wawa next door for all these teen boys who eat nonstop. Other than the Wawa, there aren’t a ton of options directly nearby but a few within a few minutes drive. While the front desk staff was polite, they weren’t completely helpful/knowledgeable. We arrived at 1:30am and waited about 15minutes to check in and were first told the only option for the 3 of us a was a king bed (no way with a 16yo boy plus my husband). The app showed rooms with 2 queens and it did get sorted. They also do not allow groups to gather in the lobby or breakfast area which is never a good thing for travel teams who often do team dinners. We did congregate in the lobby our last night for just a bit but were very mindful about noise level. And a manager had reluctantly given us permission to use the breakfast area for our team dinner that night but it was just such an imposition we went out to eat instead. We do appreciate he was going to work with us. It’s just much easier at most hotels and we decided not to bother. I would stay here again, as I think the hotel itself is nicely maintained. My hesitation would be some of the social limitations this location brings for team travel. This limitation is likely a huge positive for others not traveling with others they wish to visit with on site. Other than that, I did enjoy the stay.
