We booked one night, we've stayed here twice before a couple years ago and had a decent experience. We arrived at 4:30 after my mother in laws funeral. I requested a first floor room and we recieved #105. After bringing all our stuff in and getting settled we were disappointed to see much evidence of wear and tear. Soot like and pink stuff on the wall in the little eating area. There was glitter all over the kitchen floor, appliances were beat up. Bathrooms institutional. Lighting terrible throughout. Stains on carpet and couch and chair were well worn. Burns/tears on inside drapes. Honestly, for what we paid, the room shouldnt even be rented out. Didn't enjoy our stay.

The tub had rusty spots. The entire place smells like moth balls..??? Unpleasant smell! To top it off, I was not refunded my complete deposit refund of $250 because of computer error. This place is iffy!!!

The rooms were good, the breakfast was great, there is free coffee 24/7, only thing is that they didn't clean out the garbage disposal in the kitchenet sink, and the door was tricky to use at first. I wouldn't have noticed if I wasn't looking for flaws though. Overall, great place, the Applebee's next door is also a great place to get dinner.

What a dump! On business 10 days. Every evening I had to return to my room with a dead key. Every night! Kept it separate, not near anything that would demagnatize it?! Told they were ”working on new room card system” No bathtub and requested room change. New room needed to be handicap room to get a tub. Larger room to cool down on hot day. Room was 74 degrees and was told I “should” only set it to 68. I need the AC for health conditions?! Went back to old room after a 12 hour work day. Really needed a bath for pain relief measures. She “didn’t know what was going on with housekeeping.” Asked twice to have my toilet cleaned. Black ring from day 1, as if it hadn’t been touched in months?! Maid only came every few days?! Room next to stairwell exit. Difficult to sleep with banging door and coming and going of loud guests/children playing in hallway. Elevator broken. 5 minutes to go 1 floor. Water on floor in elevator every trip. Under construction. Limited parking due to construction workers taking spots closet to lobby?! Last IHG hotel stay in Massachusetts another dump. Time to work with another hotel chain, Do better IHG!
